I had an issue with billing for Willow Creek Apartments and I called 3 times and never got through to anyone. I decided to use the text with customer service and messaged with Tina. She was thorough and actually solved my issue in under 10 minutes. It was such a headache off my shoulders

When Customer Service Gets It Right!
I’ve had a consistently positive experience with Parcel Pending and their package locker system. Today, I ran into what I thought was a major issue when my package was misplaced by the mall carrier inside the lockers.
I contacted customer support and was connected with a live agent named Tina. She truly went above and beyond to help me. While we were still on the call, she was able to quickly locate my package—something I really appreciated.
Tina was professional, friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I value the time and effort she put into resolving my issue so efficiently. Excellent customer service can be hard to find, and I definitely found it here.

Not able to locate parcel
Representative was not able to locate my delivery though i had package id and code with me. Yet it still shows in my parcel pending app that an oversized package was delivered with date, time, code and ID.
The representative took no initiative to help.
