I received my ordered item from Passion8 . They were received wihin the given time frame. The packaging was well done discreetly. So only I know what's in the package.
The products are genuine and great quality.

The item was returned without the 'hygiene safety' clear celopane wrapper. We use this wrapper so customers can look at a product without touching it or even possibly using it. It is our guarantee of the highest levels of hygiene which we must maintain for all our customers. I am sorry you are disappointed with our service but as I stated on the telephone we have to maintain high levels of hygiene at all times, these are deeply personal products and the thought that a stranger may have touched something, let a long used it is too awful to contemplate. We want to our customers happy, but we do not send goods out to be handled or on approval. I am sorry you are disappointed with our decision.
