I bought an eye shadow palette. Naked heat but having received it can see it’s a fake and it was broken. Trying to write to them but no response.

Bought a tarte tape concealer for my daughter and as it turns out its a fake smells off bleach cost £19.95 so so mad😡😡

How do I report this as website now shut down ?

Spent £40 odd on a makeup palette, (huda beauty desert dusk), turned out to be fake. Very unhappy and unsure how to go about refund as page appears to be down. Stick to reputable companies!

Ordered the Morphe x Jaclyn Hill eyeshadow palette for Christmas and was gutted when it came. The colours were an incorrect match, the packaging cheap, dirty and flimsy - not to mention the colours broken and all mixed up in their palettes. Really really upset and disgusted. Will be reporting this to official services.

Me too - bought violet voss palette for my daughters Christmas present, have one disappointed daughter now.

I ordered a YSL Touche Eclat from them. It did arrive but it was immediately obvious that it was counterfeit, as it was the wrong shade and consistency, and the number on the bottom of the pen was a sticker instead of being printed. Good to see their site has now been taken down, as it was listed by google when searching for this product which made it appear genuine.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! ITS A FRAUD

The website has been taken down and I am fighting to get my money back. These people are frauds I have learnt my lesson only buy from reputable companies!

Looks live I’ve become a victim of this scam too. Banks and police advised.

crap, crap, crap, crap, crap. absolute definition of crap. I saw a reduced price and it seemed amazing and i was so happy and ordered the huda beauty rose gold palette as one of my sisters birthday gifts. i spend nearly £40 on it and it never bloody arrived. it never arrived what crap. and now when i try to click on the order i cant get through im literally a 14 year old who is trying SO hard to save and instead i ended up spending a ton for NOTHING. wow.

Just gone to email them about 2 highlight pallets I ordered as Christmas presents for the email to Bounce back twice.
Thought it was weird so I googled them and this was at the top of my news feed.
Discussing that some people can do this, it makes me so angry to think someone will be sat at home building a fake site to make money out of doing nothing.
Honestly people like this need finding and dealing with as it’s a lot of people’s hard earned money at this time of year especially.
Just wondering where to go next with this ? Think I paid on Apple Pay
My friend has just found him on Facebook and LinkedIn under name ANDY BYARD and his company on Facebook is health and beauty products says he lives in Thailand 🌴

Looks like I've been suckered too!!!! Can't send a email to them, just bounces back. Can't even find the website online. If any1 has any contact details please could you let me know. I will be contacting my bank ASAP. Would have put no stars but wouldn't let me.

Exactly the same as other reviews. Ordered eye shadow palette, became suspicious, emailed to cancel, got a reply saying order had already been shipped! item arrived, fake! - emailed 3 times requesting return address and refund but had no response to any. Website has now disappeared...(at least he cant scam any more honest, hard working people.) Now my bank are saying I need a letter from the make up company (Huda) confirming its fake! How am i going to get that!? I have reported Andy Byard to trading standards via citizens advice but they want tel No and address of Pinfolds!? I have also reported him to Watchdog. Maybe if we all do the same he might get his comeuppance?
On the plus side my granddaughter now has the genuine item for her birthday.

I, like you all have had a bad experience with Pinfolds Health n Beauty. Mine started in November when I spotted a reduced price eyeshadow palette that my daughter wanted for christmas. I purchased it and it was only after I didnt receive an automatic email order confirmation that I got suspicious. I quickly searched for reviews of the site and came across Trustpilot with lots of bad reviews. I immediately called my credit card company to stop the payment but they said they couldnt do anything as the transaction was pending. They told me Id have to try and get the money back from the seller myself then if I had no joy I could reach out to them. So I emailed Pinfold H&B and said I was concerned that I wouldnt get my order or if I did it would be fake so Id like my money back or order stopped. Two days later I received an email from Andy to say "thanks for my order". I replied back to say again that Im not happy and want my money back. No response. Thinking I wouldnt get my order I went on to a reputable website and ordered it paying the proper price. A couple days later both the original product and the Pinfold H&B one arrived on the same day. The difference in the two products was unbelievable. I opened the Pinfold one first and it didnt look to bad BUT when I opened the original one you could tell that Pinfolds one was fake as fake can be! I then contacted Andy and expressed my feelings and asked where to send the product back to so I could get a refund coz on the website it said to do that. I did get a email back with an address and saying a refund would be made 3-5 days after they received the goods back. So I packaged it back up as I received it and sent it recorded delivery. The item arrived back to them on 27th Nov. It is now 18th Dec and I havent had a refund..surprise surprise...even though it said in an email that if I wanted to return the item I could take advantage of their no quibble ! I emailed them today to say I still havent had my refund and I sent it to two email addresses and one bounced back. I am now in conversations with my credit card company as the website has been taken down...and Im not surprised after all the bad reviews. I really thought I was making progress when they sent me the return address but it wasnt to be. Big lesson learnt!

DON'T BUY anything from this company. Absolutely disgusting scammer. Wish I had the sense to check before I bought Violet Voss palette for my grandaughter which is a cheap nasty fake.
No response to emails so I am trying to get refund through bank chargeback. Now going to report to trading standards and police fraud. Let's hope what goes around comes around and he gets what he truly deserves.

Do not order from this website! I ordered a palette for my daughter for Christmas. When I hadn't heard anything I tried emailing 'Andrew'. Email bounced back. Couldn't access website either so rang my credit card company to cancel my card and start refund process. I ordered another palette from a trusted company and both palettes arrived on the same day! One from Pinfolds is definitely fake! Wrong colours, thinner box, different font on the back and spelling mistakes on ingredient list. Do not use as there is no telling what is in it!

Yes I got scammed by this dude too, looking to recoup my losses through my card provider.
Yes he has a linkedin page but I do not think for a second that is him.
