Disgusting company ! Payed £36 for a huda beauty dessert dusk palette, they stole my money and the product has not arrived! Tried to contact the company via their email, only to find that it has been deleted. Their website has also been deleted so that you can't contact the company. Absolutely fuming

FAKE STUFF!
Got my goods today and they're not really - FAKE! Disappointed......don't waste your money on this site.

Wish I'd Googled this company before placing an order! Ordered some makeup brushes in Sept 2017. Over 2 months later no goods had arrived. Emailed the company but no response. Am now having to do a chargeback via my credit card company.

I have reported the company to the Citizens Advice Bureau (you can't report directly to Trading Standards). Either ring the CAB or fill in their online form stating that you wish to report Pinfolds to Trading Standards.

After reading all these reviews I am now annoyed that I bought from this crook! Havent received my daughters concealer yet, who knows when I will get it or will it be fake! Im raging.

Fake! Fake! Fake!
We received a fake pallet, so bad the box didn’t close properly because the make up brush is too big for the box. Contacted them via their website form and received no reply back.

I ordered 2 make-up pallettes worth over £70 and notified of dispatch but they never arrived. Company now not replying to emails. I, like so many others, feel so stupid for not checking reviews before I purchased. Will have to raise a dispute with my bank!

Please does anyone know how I can get my money back?! I ordered the zoeva brush set and they arrived to be counterfeit and also ordered huda beauty desert dusk palette at the same time which I haven't received. I'm absolutely heartbroken as I were so excited and used money from my birthday!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID....Ordered a Huda eyeshadow palette and 2 Nars concealers spending £120 over Black Friday weekend only to discover that this is a scam company offering counterfeit goods. Emailed 5 times to cancel order straight away after ordering after I had read all the bad reviews. Got email back from Andy 4 days later to say items had been shipped. Opened despute with bank as goods are all counterfeit.

Gutted paid £43 for Jaclyn Hill pallette which is more expensive than should have been but out of stock everywhere and it is a Christmas present for my daughter. It arrived and is totally FAKE looks like it cost 43p not £43 to make! I’ve sent several emails but no reply as of yet, so mad at myself for falling for this scam, avoid this site everyone!!!!!

I bought a dessert dusk pallette from pinfolds. Turns out the product is fake. Do not buy from this website was not happy at all.

Total bootleg product. Absolutely shocking. Don’t be fooled by the ‘too good to be true’ price... I thought it was a Black Friday sale, but no! Just cheap, poorly made, rubbish.
I bought Huda Beauty Desert Dusk pallete, and the quality of the packaging and the actual eyeshadow quality itself is so below par.
Sellers and manufacturers of this product, you should be ashamed of selling such a poor quality item.
I am sad to be writing this, as I was so excited.

I purchased a Zoeva brush set and immediately realised it was not a Black Friday deal but a fake product. I emailed their sales tema to inform them not to ship the product but to refund immediately but no response. Instead I got an email from Andrew saying the prpduct will be shipped. I have emailed them 3 times to ask them for a refund as they have taken the funds but no response. Please note I have spoken to Citizens Advice Bureau (UK) and they have taken the case to Trading Standards as this is considered misrepresentation under UK law. I would urge no one to buy the products sold on this website as they are counterfeit product and not safe. For my checks, I contacted Zoeva in Germany and they confirmed that Pinfolds is not an official reseller or distributor of their product range.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Please guys anyone who has ring and report Andrew Byard of pinfolds Health and Beauty to trading Standards, on this number ‭0345 404 0506‬... The more that do, the more that can be done.. I questioned him on my product before it arrived, after reading reviews... He did reply stating that it was 100% Authentic and I would get a refund if I wasn’t happy... I have the real Violet Voss Palette and I can say it is a shocking fake... Absolutely disgusting.. Funny enough I have had no replies since!! Please report him!!

as others i ordered from this site before reviewing ,i received my goods on 22/11/17 a christmas present for my daughter huda beauty desert dusk palette not a great saving but as a single mum i thought great but this is totally fake ,i have tried contacting pinfolds with no reply so now have gone to my bank who will open a dispute but not until 22nd december ,has anyone actually got refund from this site or even any response back from them ,i now no to check if i think it is a bargain. Ordered a Tarte Shape Tape concealer and a Benefit Porefessional primer.
I own both of these products already and decided to try Pinfolds as my usual retailer was out of stock.
My first mistake was thinking that a company that charges retail price for products wouldn't be selling fakes.
Both items were sent separately in two completely different packaging and from two different return addresses.
After opening the packaging, it was clear these were obvious fakes!
The Benefit primer especially was a low quality knock off. The consistency was runny and was nearly translucent!
The Shape Tape concealer had a very small 'doe foot' applicator and an AWFUL smell with the coverage of a BB cream.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
Will not be putting any of these on my face, god knows what's in them!

Stay away from that website!
They charged me for an item I never received!!
Every attempt to contact them failed, all my emails were ignored.
I had to contact my bank and open a dispute to try to get my money back.
That retailer is a disgrace!

Scam company operating from Thailand who claim to sell 100% genuine products but sell fake products at retail prices from eBayer’s in the uk. DO NOT use them. If, like me you have not read the reviews before hand and have paid for a fake product you can try to reclaim your money using ‘charge back’ via your bank or credit card provider, but you will have to wait 30 days to start the process. Report them to trading standards, BBC Watchdog and the police as all you are doing is funding Andy Byard’s lifestyle in Thailand which you see on Twitter @andy20260. Be warned.

Not worthy of one star.
The product my son purchased for his girlfriend was either returned goods or a fake. Really shoddy. No reply received from his polite email asking for a refund.
How I wish he’d read these reviews before he parted with his hard earned money.
