Rubbish product terrible service.
My order arrived broken. When I emailed the company got a response from good old Andy who told me a replacement would be sent. Nothing has arrived and now they are ignoring me.
I also fear the product is fake. Gutted.

Not even happy giving 1 star. Came across site online and thought as product was still relatively expensive that it would be legitimate. Read reviews shortly after and emailed requesting order be cancelled, no response received. Emailed a further two times since and still no reply. Just received an email confirming order is on its way. Whilst payment was pending, contacted card company but was told it had already been authorised and could not stop it processing. On phone to card company to dispute in hope I get my money back. No contact details on website other than email address and going by other reviews of those that receive product items are fake. New Facebook page in process of being setup for Pinfolds. I hope people can see the reviews before it goes live

Fake Urban Decay heatwave ... do not buy from this company.

Fake. Ordered the Violet Voss Holy Grail Eyeshadow Palette from Pinfolds, I read reviews on this site 5 minutes after ordering and could have kicked myself for being so stupid to use this site. I contacted my bank straight away and they have disputed this purchase. I did receive the goods, but as expected the product was not genuine and had been sent to me from a James Ballace, who sells this palette for £4.99 on eBay.

Half of my order never arrived, sent 5 emails - all of them were ignored. And it seems that this is pretty common.

Ordered razors on 19/09/17 and still havent arrived. I have emailed 3 times and have had no reply. I am beginning to think they are scammers. The alternative is that their customer support is non existent.

Ordered a Mac Mascara from here in July and never received it. Got in contact with Andy a month later where he asked me to confirm my address. Replied and have heard nothing since. Chances are it was fake and never even sent it out to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, unless you want to give your money away

Andy told me huda liquid lipsticks were 100% authentic when arrived compared to originals completely different shades emailed Andy ask for a refund but totally ignored my emails.. do not buy disappointed

I bought some shaver heads and cutters from Pinfolds. They say they have a cast-iron money back guarantee, but not for me. I wanted to send the product back, asked them how to do so and they wouldn't even give me their address. In fact, I sent them 10 emails about this and received absolutely no reply whatsoever despite them saying on their website that they would reply to enquiries within 24 hours.,so I am disgusted with the firm.. What sort of a business is it that won't communicate with you?

'Andy' sent me out a fake kylie Jenner eyeshadow palette, tried saying it's 100% real. I own a real one so I know what a fake looks like. He kept taking ages to reply and eventually told me to send it back, it's been over 2 weeks and he still hasn't collected it or refunded me. So much for the no quibble refund with 100% customer satisfaction. Such a joke. Defo not ever buying anything from there again and I wish I had read reviews first. Don't recommend it at all. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I have still not received an order which I placed June 22nd. The website says it can take up to 28 days. I had a reply when I emailed early July to ask about the status of my order, but nothing on my chaser a few days ago.

True story. Ordered Touch Eclat which had not arrived after 15 days. Complained politely and asked for immediate refund. Email from Andy Byard apologising and promising item would be sent immediately. Did not happen. Checked reviews, read horror stories ,kicked myself, and emailed again demanding refund and threatening to take it up with my card supplier. Email from Andy Byard apologising and promising full refund to card, which to my astonishment I received promptly. Not the best experience but much better than many others. I'll be going to Debenhams in future.

Fake products - my electric shaver parts were as bad as the two year old ones they replaced. Shipped form China, the shipping documentation said value $4. That was overstating it. The little envelope wasn't any use either. Total waste of money.

Got zoeva brushes. Not wat I expected. Asked for return address, was ignored for first 4 days, now I'm being questioned sarcastically by Andy Byard.

Even thought website states that they will refund if not 100% satisfied. Still no returns address. Now no replies to emails. will NEVER EVER be using them again. All my friends won't either. Worst publicity they could have had. They have until end of this week to supply returns address if not then I will be asking my 4000 followers on twitter to RETWEET what Pinfol have done in terms of messing about....that will reach 110k people...All for the sake of messing me around over a £50 refund. Hope they feel it's worth it. Unreal how much bad publicity they've already got. Anyway more to follow. Completely and purposely messed me about for no reason.

had to give 1 star to start - no item, no response, no refund. Thankfully, my bank refunded me no quibbles but don't touch these people- utter scam

I sent for a YSL Touche éclat. It came but was not the normal quality - very gloopy and thick. I wanted to send back and get refund. I was offered a replacement instead (even though they supposedly have a no quibble refund guarantee). Replacement never arrived. I've sent numerous emails and had no reply, as yet. Ongoing for nearly two months now.

Since writing this review (still heard nothing from the company) I called my credit card company (Tesco). They said if I got proof that this was not an official site for selling YSL products I could get a refund. One phone call to the customer services of YSL and they sent me an email with a list of their online retailers. Needless to say Pinfolds weren't on the list. I forwarded to the credit card company by email and 5 days later I have my money back. They took it off the crooks! Result.

I wouldn't even give 1 star they don't send real items all fakes and when I asked for a return via email response was rude and snappy because I advised that I thought item was fake, has not refunded me please do not buy from here all fake items, I purchased a NARS concealer in shade ginger

I ordered a NARS Concealer in the colour 'Biscuit' from Pinfold as the one i originally had, had finished. When i received my order, the concealer wand was different and the consistency of the concealer was very runny like water. Also i noticed the shade was slightly different to my original. I have been using this concealer for a few years now and usually order it direct from the NARS website however, on this occasion i thought i would try 'Pinfold' as it was cheaper. I could tell straight away that this is was fake and not original. When i contacted Pinfold for a refund they told me to post it back which i did, but i never received my refund. I have contacted Pinfold to chase my refund but still no reply or refund.

WORSE EVER SERVICE AND SO RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.ALSO A SCAM I ASKED FOR RETURNS AND REFUND A MAN CALLED ANDREW GAVE ME A DODGY ADDRESS

Do not buy anything from this "company".

I bought a Touché Eclat and it is counterfeit. I have emailed them and they will not give me a return address so I can return the product nor a refund.

The person I am communicating with is called Andy Byard (apparently) and he just keeps informing me the product is not counterfeit.

I've been using the product for over 10 years I know a fake.
