I've just lost £37.99. A Christmas present like many I'm reading on here. Now taking it up with my bank but I've certainly learnt my lesson to check the authenticity of websites and that when something looks too good to be true, it proberbly is!

CANCEL YOUR BANK CARD! This is a nightmare.. Spent £130 on this website and now noticing it was all set up by a criminal... Feel so stupid to have been victim to this and it would seem this person is well known for this type of activity, there are other websites doing exactly the same thing every day.. I just wanted to purchase some make-up for my Daughters Christmas and now am caught up in a scam!! Feeling helpless!!

Contact your bank ASAP, will also be contacting trading standards as i am sure this is being shipped to a address at Hatton Gardens and moved from there!

Furthermore: He is on LinkedIN which lists him as owner of Pinfolds.co.uk, it also lists him as being in Thailand and Colton Hills Comprehensive Wolverhampton and even a picture of him, wwwDOTlinkedinDOTcom/in/andy-byard-61191331/

Ordered a touche eclat which never arrived, followed the link to track my parcel which didn't work and then tried to go to the website which has also magically disappeared. Sent an email to 'dear Andrew' and it bounced. But be ware!!! What triggered my search in the first place was a fraudulent transaction of £1,540!!!!! from my card. Thank good the card company immediately thought there was something fishy to the transaction contacted us and blocked my card. If I was a betting lady I think that was dear old Andrew trying to get his greedy fingers on some more money that does not belong to him. Check your card statements all!!!

Buyers beware, the wonderful Mr Andy Byard who seems to be CEO and only employee of this company is scamming everybody who buys from him.. He also has another site called "DUCKERTONS" . He trades from Thailand and even though he assures that all he sells is Legitimate his stuff is 100% fake. These cosmetics are not tested so no-one knows what they contain. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.`

Total con! have started process of claiming money back from bank. very upsetting and was to be a gift form my granddaughter. because of the prices appearing to be accurate, it lead me to believe it was a genuine website.

It appears to have gone now so hopefully others wont be conned like i was.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star but unable to rate otherwise. I ordered a Christmas present from them 12 days ago. Received an e-mail confirming the order. I was going to chase them today but I am unable to access their website or return an e-mail to them. I believe this is a fake website do not use!!!

DISGUSTED. Placed order & nothing turned up. No way of contacting them as website no longer works & email bounces back. Now see it is fraud & have raised it with my bank.

Counterfeit goods, all fake. When asking for a refund my email address seems to be blocked, or their email address and website have changed. Total rip off. Have also seen reviews saying that this company have set up continuous payments to collect money from your account monthly after your initial purchase. Cancelling my card and asking for payment reversal. The people running this company should be prosecuted!!!

No order received, was a gift too, had an email from "Andrew" tried to contact, no response, will have to reclaim through my credit card provider, DO NO USE THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!!!

Like the reviews below I ordered an item from this company a week ago and haven’t received anything. Went to my emails and tried to email ‘Andrew’ first and when that failed, the original email address that the order confirmation was from and both came up as MAILER-DAEMON so I googled the site to look for contact details only to find 97 negative reviews on trust pilot! Have contacted my bank to raise a credit card dispute. There are some real low life about!! I hope they get what they have coming to them!!

Ordered a mascara on pinfolds beauty for a Christmas present-money taken from my account, no product received and I've now realised this is a FAKE site and has been taken down. So, so annoyed. I'll have to put this down to experience. I even received a thank you email from 'andrew' after placing the order. Hope 'andrew' has a rubbish Christmas.....

Spent over £60 on 2 items. Only received 1 item and it seems to be fake. Website gone and no response from email address!

Ordered a Morphe eyeshadow pallette and a Benefit Mascara - pallette arrived damaged. No response to emails. Unable to load website and last email bounced back.

Like many others I ordered an item over the Black Friday period - Huda Beauty desert dusk eye shadow palette - at £36. Money taken from bank account but nothing received and appears would only be fake anyway. Have cancelled the debit card I used as a precaution as bank could not confirm for certain that no further payments would be taken.
Believe the money is lost now. Colleague has recommended using Pay Pal in the future as greater protection to get money back.
Report this criminal company to Action Fraud (do it on line) and hopefully the criminals will be prosecuted and locked up!

Scam website. ordered makeup. paid £43. Website has gone offline. Reading the other reviews - looks like I have been scammed.

Firstly pinfolds shouldn't even get 1 star. I brought my bestfriend the morphe 39A dare to create palette off of their website and it said 100% certified authentic so I trusted it, however when it got delivered I realised it was fake. I tried emailing the company to say I wanted to return it and get my money back but I heard no reply then I recently went on their website and its been taken down. so annoyed.

CANCEL YOUR CARD ASAP

WHEN WE ACCEPTED T&C's we automatically signed up for a continuous payment. Basically they can take money over and over. We have cancelled our card now!
The bank has said 21 days after invoice contact them again and open a case. The merchant then has 15 days to respond. We then shd get money back.

I'm using PayPal from now on!

I ordered a violet voss pallette, and sadly it is a FAKE I paid £38 if I wanted a FAKE pallette I would of got one of eBay for a fiver! Do NOT I repeat do NOT but off this company you will be scammed!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely fuming
