I bought the morphe palette before checking the sites review. Now im waiting on the product with so many regrets!!!! I spent £30 on it and now, I have no idea how im going to get my money back

Terrible service!

I was initially strung along my Andy Byard saying that the product was lost in shipping, as soon as I had waited 2 months I sent an e-mail asking for a refund and obviously I received no reply. Am still waiting for either refund/product or a reply as to what's going on. I would trust Donald Trump before I trust this company!!

But seriously, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE !!!!!!!!!

I ordered a Huda palette from them which was completely not as ordered. . No reply from them and so claiming back my money through Facebook. I had to pay an extra £10 to post the item back (tracked and signed). Do not buy from this company.

Purchased Nars Creamy Concealer and received counterfeit product. Actual concealer was terrible and only lasted a couple of hours. Discussed with my bank who issued immediate refund and agreed that they would contact seller's bank direct on my behalf. Re-ordered direct from Nars, who delivered within 3 days from the US. Just buy from the real retailer - I certainly will in future.

Second review after getting no help whatsoever from Paypal! Here's my feedback to them - Purchased item in good faith from what I thought was a UK seller. Item received is definitely counterfeit. Paypal have asked me to return to Thailand - this was not stated in the seller's advert. I have to pay postage of £7.25 to Thailand when the item was postmarked Chelmsford and had a Royal Mail stamp on. What part of Chelmsford is in Thailand? Absolute swizz, not impressed with the Paypal so called protection - these sellers need striking off. I am sending the item to the Trading Standards for testing who will hopefully pursue this further.

Please please please dont buy anything from this website it is a rip off selling fake products, and when you try ant return products they want you to send it back to thailand even though the return address on the package says birmingham! Well and truly going to be out of pocket for my purchase of the morphe palette as to send it back to thailand is going to cost more than the fake product anyway. Do these people have no shame passing products off as genuine i would t mind but i paid more than the product is actually worth!! Rob dogs trading standards will be getting a call

Fake NARS concealer - attempting to get a refund!

What a shame, can't trust anyone!

Ordered some razor blades from this company, they were slightly cheaper than other sites, so didn't think they would be dodgy. Ended up receiving counterfeit razor blades. Utter garbage.Tried going through Paypal(useless) for a refund as the seller was becoming aggressive via email and Paypal stated I would have to send them back to Thailand for a refund. So after paying £18 for the razor blades it would cost £17 to send them back!!!!

Mis-sold through false advertising, apparently you have to read all their small print to realise that the items are not as described and sent in a different packaging from Thailand.

If this review stops just one person from buying rubbish from this website, then my job is done!!

Mach 3 razors purchased - coming from China (already said they're going to be fake) order took 4 weeks to get to me and yep completely fake no sign of Mach 3 signage on anything completely counterfeit and now I'm trying to get a refund they say send back to Thailand - don't use it's not a uk company - no phone contact number either - not a great company I wouldn't use them again.

Unfortunately I only saw these reviews warning people about the fake goods being sold AFTER I had already placed my order for a NARS Creamy Concealer. I was so worried about what I might receive but I was hoping that maybe these people were wrong or I would the lucky one. No!!!! No such luck!!! I researched how to identify a counterfeit for this particular item and sure enough there it was as plain as day. After reading of other people's experiences of requesting a refund and being told to return item at your own expense to Thailand I decided to go straight through PayPal.
I told PayPal I had received a counterfeit product and PayPal have been brilliant. They contacted the seller and secured me a refund within a few days. If I hadn't of paid using PayPal I don't think I would have gotten my money back at all.
I have now reported him to Trading Standards who are investigating.
(When writing this review you are given an option if you want to let Pinfolds see this review or not. I have ticked 'yes' as I have nothing to hide but you Sir should be ashamed of yourself for all the good people you are conning out of their hard earned money!!!)

N.B. Edited just to say that it is worth mentioning that some of these 'good' reviews seem more than a little dubious!! Take a look at the 2 separate reviews from apparently 2 different people written at different times that are practically word for word identical!! 😂😂

Ordered Mach 3 blades. Might as well have been trying to shave with a lawn mower.
Emailed the company on two occasion and, despite their promise of a response within 24 hours, haven`t even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement!

I ordered some blades on Pinfolds and then I saw some bad reviews which made me concerned, I expected the worst and I contacted the company who responded quickly and seemed ok. The blades arrived and are perfect and most certainly are not fake. Obviously I cannot comment on anything that other buyers received, but the blades I got are 100% genuine and the cheapest I found. They are shipped from outside the uk, but to be fair it says so on the site.

Yet another case where one bought before checking Trustpilot: fake goods sold by a company with no clear identity, irresponsible, and just out to con you. You are throwing your money away - why not give it instead to the Big Issue seller when you go to the store to buy the legitimate stuff!

Pinfolds is all that is bad about buyng on the web. Avoid, avoid, AVOID!

Mach 3 razors - blunt and took my face off. Fakes
£14.99 and asked to post back to Thailand - this is where the con starts they say they never received them and when I went to PayPal you must have. Tracking number for the returned goods which Andy forgot to mention.
Karma will eventually catch up with Andy in the meantime I hope this post stops another person being sold fake knock off goods from Thailand - NOT UK

Bought 100 feather razor blades. Took 3 weeks to arrive from Thailand. However, the blades were originals (I already have packs from other suppliers to compare as they are my faves), shave perfectly and were the cheapest anywhere on the planet. I paid £16 for 100.
I will use again but I'll order a month in advance.

Ordered a morphe eyeshadow pallete and paid a little extra for it knowing how hard they are to order. Not only did it arrive 2 weeks later but it's a fake. Suppose that will teach me to order from unknown companies

Account selling fake goods from Thailand!

Ordered Mach 3 blades suspicious about packaging but thought worth giving them a try in case they had been repackaged for postage ( abut nieve I know) but used them for the first time today. Nearly ripped my face off! Can't believe someone can make a product so bad! I just wish I'd have read the reviews first!!! Don't waste your money!
