THIS COMPANY IS BASED IN THAILAND!!!! Not the UK, this company is misleading as they use a co.uk Web page!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! THEY DO NOT HONOUR RETURNS + DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS!!

I ordered 2 Morphe Palettes for £23/24 EACH + 2 cheap palettes named De'Lanci arrived.

SO ANGRY. ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE

Ordered Mach3 blades, received 10 days later, blades were completely counterfeit goods.
Contacted Andy Byard (owner) he said I could have a full refund if I sent the goods back to him. The website is pinfolds.co.uk but I was asked to return the goods to an address in Thailand where Andy Byard lives and where his company is based (not in the UK).
This man is a criminal, he is conning people out of money by suggesting that his company is based in the UK and selling counterfeit goods. He then offers full refunds if you return the goods to Thailand which costs nearly as much as the counterfeit goods bought.
ANDY BYARD YOU ARE A CON-MERCHANT & A CRIMINAL.
The sooner you are put out of business the better.

Wanted a dipbrow anastasia brow stuff for ages and found that theses people sell them cheaper than normally and then when it comes it did come with a brush and I was happy but then I just looked at the brow thing and found out it was fake so annoyed right now !! 👋👋

I ordered mach 3 blades and though they look the part and fit the razor perfectly they are unbelievably blunt. Because they took such a long time to arrive my last genuine blade was very blunt before I swapped to pinfold's; I just used theirs today and it was ten times worse than a thoroughly blunt genuine one; off to buy some genuine ones at a full price tomorrow; these blades are for the bin now. I wish I'd read these reviews first...

Ordered mach 3 blades from this company.
They advertise that they are uk based but the goods come from the far east and take a long time.
When they eventually arrived it was obvious that they are fakes as the blades aren't even in alignment and are actually dangerous, after emailing for a refund, I was told bluntly no as I've opened them. Trading Standards are on the case!

Avoid at all costs! Pinfolds.co.uk is pretending to be UK based but is in fact based in Thailand. I bought some Mach 3 blades they were unsafe to use. Try sending them back and it will cost you a fortune.
Wish I'd seen all the other poor reviews here and elsewhere first.
This company is a complete fraud.

Order arrived in perfect condition in about 2 weeks so not bad as blades were sent from Thailand. Genuine blades and at a very good price. My husband loves them. Would definitely use Pinfolds again.

Bought what I thought were Gillette Mach 3 blades. What I received were very poor quality replicas. I complained using their guaranteed satisfaction policy .. only to receive a few snotty emails instructing me to return the unwanted blades overseas! Had I known these were from overseas and not from the UK then I would not have bought them. The website is IK (co.uk) and so I thought all was legit. Alas ... bad goods, bad customer service .. bad review!

Waited for the brush longer than the given estimate. When it arrived it bore no resemblance to the photo on the website. Attempted to get a refund but return postage is more than I paid for the brush. Steer clear, it may be cheap but there's a reason why!

Very low quality blades....although a .co.uk Web site, goods come from China. Blades fit for the bin. As blunt as......don't waste your money

I ordered the Replacement Gillette Mach 3 Cartridge 8 Pcs for £8.99 with free delivery. This is quite cheap as compared to the Gillette ones but you get what you pay for. Though not obvious from the web site, they actually are lower quality 'Mask 3' Made in China blades, which are much harsher than the originals, and took 3 weeks to be delivered. Would only recommend if you're patient and have a tough skin!

Ordered a batch of feathers blades and as stated on the website and email delivery arrived 14 days later from thailand.

Note although its .co.uk it is a Thai based company

Good price and service. Blades arrived when stated, but note this was 10-15 "business days". This delay no problem for me, especially given the price, but be aware.

One star knocked off because this delivery time should be clearer when ordering, not after ordering.

Nevertheless recommended.

I ordered some razor blades. I did not read the shipping. Page. So. Was initially concerned by how long delivery took. I raised my concern and was answered politely and helpfully. The blades have arrived and are as expected.

I've already. Recommended this site to a friend. My one tip would be order in advance of your need, the blades are shipped from Thailand.

I will be using this company again.

Andy politely informed me of shipping times and assured me they were shipped. The very next day they arrived from Thailand. I haven't tried them yet, would like to thank Andy for his excellent customer service. Even when we don't read the instructions for delivery!

I wanted some Feather DE razor blades and Pinfolds were offering a fantastic price with free delivery. A no-brainer.

I had an enquiry and it was dealt with swiftly and in a very clear and friendly manner.

I will definitely be using them in the future!

I'm new to DE shaving and was looking for these blades and was in no hurry (as these ship from overseas to UK) . They arrived prompt and were as described with excellent communication via email.

Pinfolds have given me excellent service from the outset. A little issue with my order was very quickly fixed once I contacted them, without question or problem. I have been kept informed with the order and what was happening, very prompt and friendly replies.
I would have given 5 stars, but I did have a little issue with the initial order and the package was slightly damaged, (even though it was very well packaged - bubble wrapped and tons of shredded paper to protect it. Maybe that was the customs people ?)
Thank you Andy - it's been a long search, your company has provided me with what I needed, others failed miserably.
Overall I'm very very happy...I had a blip to begin with, but all in all I recommend this company
