The whole process of putting the unit in place was easy and quick. The ability to monitor the unit on the portal and adjust setting is very useful.

Whole process went to plan, workmen who fitted it were very good, clean and tidy. It is already saving me on my electric bill, even though summer is my higher usage period. Eco version is silent, and sits in the corner of our snug room no problem.

Product casing and presentation is good. The algorithm for optimising when to import from or export to grid is not always very good, (I use octopus flexible tariffs for both export and import, I also have solar panels.
The provision of documentation following installation that I believe I will need should I sell the house has not been forthcoming, now over 8 months since first install.
When initial teething problems occurred with system they were quickly fixed, but I had to spot them and report them.

System has been working fine since installation, however, I had to contact PowerVault re my dashboard screen suddenly going blank. Shaun phoned back very promptly and advised me of the known issue which I was able to resove quickly. Excellent customer support.

I bought a 12kWh Powervault P4 Slim to go into a small store room in my London basement flat. I joined Octopus GO and now pay 9.50p/kWh for my off peak electricity between 00:00H and 04:30H. All our electricity consumption is focused into this cheap period. The Powervault was the last piece of hardware to complete our set up of house battery + Tepeo ZEB (Zero Emisson Thermal Battery for our central heating) + Mixergy hot water tank. All British made devices. We are now Zero carbon at home in Central London flat.

So far a good experience, it does what it says on the tin. A good app which gives lots of information and easy to set for charging overnight.

Service was excellent from the moment of enquiry, with help and advice on sizing a system, to installation which was quick and painless. Not so sure about the smart scheduling but it's certainly lowered my bills through the past 12 months with tying it to an EV tarriff

Equipment supplied as promised, installation was quick and efficient, and the battery does what it says on the box! We now run the house on power from battery via our solar panels much of the time, especially in summer.
Control portal is really helpfull.
