Absolutely superb. Highly recommended

Been with Premium Press for over ten years I would not go anywhere else, I retired early and have since made a living online directly from their templates. Their service is second to none, I urge you to upgrade to their service package its the best value for money because you get to speak direct to the owners and developers and they are really quick to answer you, they will more than often help you out where you would not expect them to with a little extra coding and they really want you to get the most from your site. Fast updates to themes when there is a WP upgrade also makes you feel safe. UK company so English and communication easy!

Mark Fail (thought he's last name was to troll us) has a superb feel for support. Helped me out with the theme in lightning speed. Will try more of he's themes! 10/10 recommended

I recently bought a WordPress theme from PremiumPress, and I’ve been really pleased with the experience. The theme works smoothly, has a lot of useful features, and was surprisingly easy to customize for what I needed. Though I hit some snags here and there, but was greatly supported by the Support team to help resolve the issues.

Yes, their support team impressed me the most. They’ve been quick to respond, very patient, and genuinely helpful every time I reached out. It’s not often you find support that actually feels supportive and willing to go over and above to get issues resolved.

Overall, I’d give PremiumPress a strong 5 stars. Great product, great team behind it, and definitely worth recommending to anyone looking for a reliable WordPress theme.

The support from Mark is amazing. I had issues with the payment currency and he was very good and fast with response, communication and support. He fixed the issue in no time. I have been using premiumpress for years now and I highly recommend.

Premiumpress support is A++. Mark and his support team are happy to make any changes required, and they do it super fast.

The theme is full of bugs, it calls external scripts to load which are blocked by a lot of hosts. Support is terribly slow.

It could've been a great theme if the devs weren't so sloppy and lazy!!

Some modules are not working at all. They don't want to fix the bugs, they immediately want to process a refund without any resolution.

I had an excellent experience with PremiumPress support. They responded quickly to the issues I encountered with the iDEAL payment gateway. Even after the initial fix, there was still a small issue, but once I brought it to their attention, they resolved it within 24 hours. The support team is friendly, professional, and trustworthy. I highly recommend PremiumPress not only because of their outstanding support but also because their templates are incredibly clear, detailed, and easy to set up. Great service all around!

I had a very disappointing experience with PremiumPress. Their themes load critical CSS, JS, and even backend scripts from their own external servers, without providing local copies to customers. This violates standard hosting policies and introduces serious security risks, including potential data breaches, since unknown files like server.php and ipdata/index.php are executed remotely. When I raised concerns, their support team was dismissive and refused to provide the necessary files — instead issuing a refund without addressing the real security issues. I strongly advise anyone serious about website security, data privacy, and full site ownership to avoid PremiumPress themes.

They provide excellent support for their product. The product (dating theme) is excellent by itself. It enables full control over the website with extensive settings and configuration. Many thanks.

Several months ago I purchased a WordPress PremiumPress template to re-build an existing website. I have 40+ years experience in computer science so I've seen lots of things. This much I can tell you for sure, PremiumPress is a world class operation that stands behind the products they sell. I highly recommend ALL of the PremiumPress products because I've looked under their hood enough to know they produce high quality software. If you want a flawless operation, buy PremiumPress. I have been working on wordpress themes for a few years. To say, this is the best wordpress theme out there. It's a complete theme and very easy to set up. It has many features, chat room, block, likes, favorites, gifts, etc, and most of all, Paypal gateway to accept funds. Mark is one of the support team with excellent help. Very quick responses and knowledge! He helped me to solve my problem. You Rock and Thank you so very much for helping out!

Absolute shit, very complicated to configure and update, terrible technical support, my experience with those templates is very bitter, I don't recommend it at all, unless you don't mind having a bad time and throwing your money in the trash. And to top it all off, the old guy always he forgets that you already paid him

Premium Press is hands down, the best Wordpress company I've worked with. Mark's total professionalism and dedication to his craft, really shows and I'm grateful to have found this awesome Wordpress theme and to work with Mark and his team on my project!
