Ordered a product. They didn't pay the correct postage so I had to pay extra charges to receive the item. Scumbags

When I emailed them they kept sending nonsense replies and repetitive questions. AVOID

Had a brilliant experience using Printing Bee, they were very accommodating making some amends for me on my portrait and I'm so happy with the final result. Would highly recommend them.

I ordered a digital print of my late dog. Before sending me the final version they asked if I was happy and to let them know of any alterations. The eye colour was slightly off which they swiftly rectified before sending the final image. Really nice company to deal with. Would definitely use again.

Keep away from this company. I have order 4 glitter canvases 9 days ago and still didn't turn up. I email them 2 times about my order but I been ignored, as this were supposed to be gifted to my family. Really disappointed and upset with this service. Looking to get in contact with Ombudsman as this is not fair on the customer and company like this shouldn't be allowed to run. I will get in contact with the bank as I can see other customers had issue with refunds.

I ordered a photo/song lyric print for our son and daughter-in-law to celebrate the birth of their first child. The order process was really easy to navigate and communication from Printing Bee was excellent throughout the process. I was sent a proof before printing and was able to discuss any changes. The final product is beautiful and was packaged extremely carefully. I can’t wait to give it to them for Christmas. I would definitely use Printing Bee again.

Shocking to say the least !!!! Ordered a canvas the last week in November 10 days later still no email to say its been shipped the company hacent even sent it yet, ive had no reply to my emails and am still waiting for my canvas (which was a gift) , it's too late to gift now so basically a waste of my time and money . I would not recommend using this company at all the customer service is ridiculous

Ordered and never got picture Excuse after excuse Did not refund me I had to go to credit card company to start refund process. Absolutely avoid total waste of timers ,total scam NO YOU NEVER GAVE ME REFUND DETAILS THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY SAID YOU DID NOT REFUND. YOU REFUNDED AFTER THE REVIEW . !

Absolutely fantastic. On a tight budget and thought it was a nice personal gift and not expensive. It arrived very well packaged and was quite emotional when I opened it - beautiful picture good quality frame used looks very expensive. So pleased that I ordered another as a gift for someone else.

Informed item out of stock. The day after it was supposed to arrive (6 days later) appears to have poor organisation and sent an apology email at 10pm at night explaining they had no stock left and were not yet and payment had not been refunded yet. A bit of organisation would have let the customer know in advance and when you realise a refund should be given not chased. Appauling would never use this service again.

I had give this company of poor review given in a moment of anger having calmed down I wish too apologise as they have been excellent in their dealings with me.

Such an easy website to use. I asked for a few bits to be removed from my print & they did with no trouble.
I emailed the company with a question & they got back to me on the same day. Will be using them again.

Absolutely love my purchase, there was a small delay in manufacturing due to technical issues, however I was notified straight away and given other options, I chose to wait for my original order, and so glad I did, love it. Great quality.

Ordered a pet portrait, site promised a preview image in 48hrs. 48hrs later get an email saying delays... 3 days later I get a preview which isn't great. My 12yo did better with a free app!
Requested to cancel and refund as not impressed at this stage.
Sarah quickly cancelled my order....but 2 weeks have passed and no refund despite 2 emails to chase this. Last email fell on deaf ears so I have had to chase a charge back from my card provider.
Website promises good things but sadly they don't meet expectations.
As for customer service.... only contact is email and as said before- they stopped replying.

Edited to add.... they did not reply in 48 hrs as this response says.
On 31st Oct they said they would look into why my refund had not happened. On the 9th Nov I had to chase again. 3 more days passed and I raised a charge back and posted this review.... then miraculously I received a refund!
Funny how that works!
