Poor customer service and careless…
Poor customer service and careless handling of products. Staff put my glass grinder into a bag and then slammed it onto the table as if it were indestructible. It's made of glass and should be treated accordingly. The lack of care shown was shocking and completely unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and concerned about the quality of service
