Junc 32 Castleford Store
Great experience in the store with a lady called Jade. She went above and beyond to make sure my buying experience was positive and stopped me from making a costly mistake. I was about to purchase a non stick pan when she mentioned about the maximum heat levels when using that type of pan. She said it wasn't the best pan, if I wanted to cook steak, which I did. Jade suggested and explained why a stainless steel pan would be the much better option. No difference in price but a great difference in my understanding of cooking meat in a non stick pan.

We were asked if they could help when we said no we were just looking they were very polite and said that was ok but if I saw something I liked I just had to ask for there help.

The store was very well laid out and atractive, with a huge amount of choice of good quality merchandise.
Unfortunately I do not recall the name of the assistant who served us, but she was extremely knowledgeable, obliging and patient. We came away feeling we had a good experience, and a set of knives!
