The Hereford store staff are brilliant; knowledgable and super helpful. I stocked a new kitchen with everything - pots, pans, cutlery, plates etc. As someone who has not bought much kitchen ware before, they helped me make decisions that I’m really happy about. They helped take items to my car, and were excellent when I had to return a few things. No quibbles. Procook you have a customer for life now, your Hereford staff are a gem 💎 (I’m also happy with the quality of your products!) happy customer all round.

The staff were more interested in chatting with each other, loudly and seemed to be quite irritated and dismissive when asked about a produce. The male staff was what seemed like chewing gum.
The product itself was amazing.

Just what we needed, a good solid base and easy cooking of large quantities

We were on holiday and I just like visiting cook shops. Buying a Chef's knife had been on my list for a long time but there hadn't been any urgency. Entering the shop I was offered help IF I wanted it. I did ask and I was given excellent advice on the pro and cons of each knife, I could actually try each knife. This purchase was an absolute joy.

I went to replace my old ProCook knife the staff was very helpful and polite, I liked the fact that you can try out different knives to see what the handles and the weight feel like and you can try cutting different vegetable's with them as well as well.

Visiting Hereford for the day shopping and called in the store as I’ve been looking for a set of saucepans for ages. Saw some lovely pans and spoke with Amelie who was very helpful and it turned out that they were on offer too, reduced by £30. Amelie was very pleasant and friendly and offered to keep them at the store until I’d finished shopping to avoid me having to carry them around.

The staff were very helpful and provided me with what I needed.

The staff are very knowledgeable. This was a return visit to purchase baking trays. On the advice of the staff I had opted for the better quality and was not disappointed. I am now slowly replacing all the old, rusty awful ones in my cupboard.
