The staff are very helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable on the products. Thus creating a a good atmosphere and top notch service. The store is well laid out which makes it easy to use. The Procook saucepans we bought are a fantastic quality and price. Thank you.

Great experience…
Visited the Hereford store whilst on holiday, looking for a good kitchen knife, after a little help from the young lady in store I purchased the ProCook Contour kitchen knife, I had a try whilst in store, it's a great knife at a reasonable price.

Great service
Great service, friendly but professional. Good product knowledge and we even had the opportunity to test the products in store.
As a company your tills/software seemed to hamper the staff, but did not impact on the service they provided.
