Friendly staff, good product knowledge.
Attendants were very helpful and patient, I was looking for a specific set of knives for my mum and was assisted with finding each and every one listed as I was having a bit of a tough time finding the right sizes. They answered all the questions I had and also offered some insightful suggestions. All in all, it was a wonderful shopping experience and benefited from a bank holiday discount as well.

Lovely store to shop in , very well stocked with good quality products and very knowledgeable and friendly staff, I was very surprised with her attention to the detail on the product I was interested in and offered a good comparison with a similar item, she also stated all the terms of purchase .
