Very Impressed With The Produxt Range & Sales Representative
When I visited your store in McArthur Glen Livingston, the sales representative who served me could not have been nice enough, she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products I purchased, especially stating that the set of steak knifes not being dishwashable as I would have never checked.

Frying Pan woes
I cant remember the lady's name who served me but that is more me being bad with names than a reflection on her. She was very knowledgeable about the frying pans and helped me select the one I would need. Great service and left very happy!

Stewart in the Livingston store was…
Stewart in the Livingston store was fantastic and provided amazing customer service during my recent visit to the Livingston branch Saturday 11 October.
I was looking to buy a new sauté pan to replace the one I already had(a previous Procook purchase and was going to throw it out) as it had lost its non stick ability.
I couldn’t remember exactly when I purchased the pan so Stewart checked the system and was able tell me when it was bought and that it was still under warranty Stewart advised me to email with the information he required to process a replacement pan.
I sent Stewart an email when I got home and shortly afterwards he advised that he had arranged for a replacement to be sent. He also advised when I would receive it, it arrived the following morning less than 24 hours later.
I would not hesitate to recommend Procook to anyone.

Excellent range at very good prices
While it's not what you're looking for when you're shopping on a Sunday afternoon, it's good to get quality pots and pans at an excellent price. The range available is extensive, so it's easy to find exactly what you want. The staff are knowledgeable, so they can guide you to what you require.

I have bought three different sized…
I have bought three different sized milk pans, two frying pans, a wok, knives and some other kitchen gadgets from the Livingston shop. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy at all in their sales approach. We have been delighted with our purchases so far.
In the last week we have also purchased the 3L food processor from the online shop. We're already really impressed with it's abilities to liquidise soup and make cake batter. Highly recommend it!
