I had reason to seek a replacement pan due to a problem with it. I received exemplary service from Stewart in the Livingston store, who initially sought to understand the problem and then guided me through the replacement process, including offering his own thoughts and recommendations on a suitable alternative. 48 hours later I am now in receipt of the new pan and delighted with it. Service in the shop at Livingstone…
Service in the shop at Livingstone Designer Outlet was excellent. They also activated a 2 year guarantee for me areas of leaving it to me when I got home.
The product was also an excellent price.

Great staff interaction
Great staff interaction, very helpful, initially thought the store was out of the product that I had been looking for but another colleague went and checked the stock room and located the item.

Very Impressed With The Produxt Range & Sales Representative
When I visited your store in McArthur Glen Livingston, the sales representative who served me could not have been nice enough, she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products I purchased, especially stating that the set of steak knifes not being dishwashable as I would have never checked.
