We only went in to look around but were bowled over at the quality of dinnerware and the prices on offer. Staff were very helpful and put us under no pressure to buy . Quality and choice was exact.

Shopping
Came though from Glasgow for the day on Sunday to do a bit of shopping with my husband, popped into your store just having a look for some new pans seen a great deal and was away to ask someone about them when a really helpful guy approached us asking if we needed help, he was very nice and explained alot to us we ended up buying them and also a wok at a great price will definitely go back to that store again.

Good Value and great staff
In December I visited the Livingson store and was assisted very ably and personably by Maria as I was needing a full set of pans, and oven trays. She gave great advice on the products and I made my purchases. I returned in January and took advantage of the 15% discount afforded by you from my firtst purchase and bought 2 pans to complete my cookware.

Customer service as it should be
I cannot praise the staff at the Livingston branch enough, I popped into replace a granite wok which was showing signs of pitting after much use. The assistant said “ but they have a 25 year guarantee. After providing pictures of the damage and receipt they replaced two of the set, a wok and frying pan without question. Five star service deserved.
