Good shopping experience …
The shop offered a range of saucepans suitable for my needs. The shop assistant was really helpful and advised of the current offers avaliable. She was able to advise on each of the different makes which enabled me to make an informed choice. Once I had selected and paid for a set she then asked if I wished to leave them in the store and collect them at the end of my shopping trip. The shop assistant was pleasant and polite, the shop was very clean and organised and the prices competitive, I would certainly recommend a visit there.

Visited ProCook in Springfield’s Designer Village, Spalding, and honestly couldn’t fault it. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and more than happy to help with anything I needed. They took the time to answer all my questions properly and never made me feel rushed.
I left feeling really happy with both the service and the overall experience. You don’t find many places like this anymore where customer service genuinely matters. I’ll definitely be back — highly recommended.

Fabulous staff
My friend and I were shopping and popped into ProCook. I have to admit my purchase was impulse (often the best), the staff were really friendly, cheerful and helpful to us both.
I have shopped at ProCook before and know their products are good quality but it’s always a great experience when the staff ‘match’ the products!
