On this occasion I added to my cutlery collection. No problem finding the product. I also found a cutlery set for my grandson featuring a giraffe. Staff were pleasant and courteous.

We bought a new dining service, rather on the spare of the moment, although we been contemplating this for some time but never really found what we liked. Until now. Staff were very helpful and informative and made buying there a real pleasure. The new dinner service is excellent quality and represents good value too. We are really pleased.

Excellent service
Excellent service, helpful when I asked if they sold a particular item. I was taken to the area, was happy with the product and purchased it. Shop has lots of things to look at and there is always something I purchase every time I visited. Goods are good quality. Staff always ask, if I need help, without being too pushy. I would recommend the shop to others.

Great products.
We chose Pro Cook because we have had some pans we bought over 10yrs ago and they are still going strong. Our visit this time was to buy some more pans for our new home. The choice is great, the staff very attentive & we know the products are long lasting.
