My son’s club forces us to use prokit. I ordered the kit in July and we only just received it. In mid September. Half the team still haven’t received their kit and the season has started.
Gets two stars because the website is fine and the prices aren’t unreasonable.
But I wouldn’t touch them if it wasn’t for the fact that we were compelled to by the club.

Can't fault the top I bought, great quality with iron on badge but had to wait over 3 weeks when it was in stock.

Fast delivery, good gear, reasonable price. What’s not to like 👍

Bought the new Stansted FC cap! Been wanting one for ages and I’m
So pleased with it. I bought the cap because I’m too fat for the shirt and I wanted to see the new kit before buying a top. The diet hasn’t worked as well as I’d hoped.

The cap is great and well fitting on my fat head.
Only issue I’ve had is my boys have stolen it and worn it more times than I have
Hopefully they will be sold in the clubhouse and a few more will be bought asap

Ordered 5 football shorts needed urgently paid £20 for dpd delivery...
Received an email from dpd saying order is going to be delayed
Called prokit who told me you cannot speak to anyone regarding ordering they only take emails....!! How can you run a business that doesnt take calls...?? I NEED MY ORDER RESENT URGENTLY AND CANT SPEAK TO ANYONE.....
Now I am £70 out of pocket no shorts thank God we didnt go ahead and order the full kit and away kit from them....will definitely go elsewhere now.....and now got to go through the whole returning waiting for refund if the shorts ever do arrive.....!!!

I emailed at 1.30pm then again at 3 15pm.I finally received a response after you saw this review at 4 06pm..wouldn't it be easier to answer a phone call....!! I won't ammend my review as my review is correct you dont take phone calls and do not respond within an hour....!!

Very easy website to navigate. Paid for standard delivery and received boots the next day. Received emails for updates. Highly recommend

Ordered 3 local supporters shirts, lead time was 10 working days, got a message after 6 working days that my order was ready.

Amazing staff, helpful with fitting and correct sizing, contacted that shirts were ready, quickly and efficiently, I left a very happy customer. Would use again and thoroughly recommended

The choice and range of boots and brands is wonderful. The website is easy to navigate and the information and service provided was excellent. The delivery was prompt and the boots are great. This is not my first time using ProKit UK and it won't be my last. I highly recommend them.

Website was easy to navigate to correct club shop, nice to actually get a club shirt that fits nicely and has a long body. Last manufacturer was like wearing a crop rope.

I found ProKit by chance whilst looking for a specific Adidas shirt. I was also looking for added printing. ProKit had both the shirt and the printing facility at brilliant prices. It was also really easy to upload my club logo. The colour options and where to place any printing was also really handy. I did make an error when requesting some initials I wanted adding but an email to the support team was replied to within 24 hours and my error was rectified. The delivery was also quicker than expected. I would definitely recommend ProKit and will definitely be looking to use them again.

I found ProKit when I was looking for a pair of goalkeeper gloves for my son who is off to England GK camp. He needed them before the bank holiday in order to wear them this week. They came on time so I really appreciate the fast delivery. The price was also the best I could find. Great service!

Cancelled part of my order and to now order a similar item are expecting me to pay postage again. Very poor service.

First time ordering from ProKit UK. Only found them when searching for a specific pair of Adidas Predator football boots and they were the cheapest anywhere on the internet. I wasn’t sure if it was a legit company but checked the reviews on here and it looked good, so I placed the order. Boots arrived within 2 working days, which was quicker than I expected, as I opted for the standard delivery. Boots are perfect! Very happy with a smooth transaction and the speedy delivery of my goods. Would recommend and will use again in the future
