After connecting with them on Shiply, Proovia collected a bicycle I had bought in Stowmarket and delivered it to me in Fife, Scotland. Good and fair price, excellent communications throughout, including on collection and delivery days. Great service, I'm very happy and would use again.

Adequate text updates were provided, time slot was sent to me the day before so I could confirm if it worked for me or not and delivery was within the time frame specified. The delivery team (2 person job) was friendly and efficient. It was heavily raining so they took their shoes off before entering the house (without me telling them to) and they asked me where I wanted the item to be placed which was very helpful as it was a large box at nearly 2m long (tv unit) so leaving it in the right room meant I didn't have to haul it myself.

Christian and Alex were friendly, efficient, polite and courteous. They took photos of the item to safeguard themselves (and us) before taking the item away.

I'm still waiting my refund - returned item 177955503849, 2 weeks back, have tried everything to contact - no one getting back to me!

Unfortunately our bespoke handmade oak barn door was damaged during transit, resulting in the bottom corner being totally chipped off and the base splintered in various places.

Great delivery from start to finish

2 fragile extremely tall and heavy antique chimney pots collected from Norwich and delivered to Devon. Excellent communication, items wrapped in blankets and strapped in van with care. Arrived without a mark on them and the drivers were really friendly and careful. Texted earlier than expected and asked if convenient to deliver- this suited us perfectly. Could not recommend highly enough.

Just terrible.

Before arrival, the delivery team phoned us, very angry because they were struggling to locate the address. Communication was near impossible as neither driver spoke adequate English. They had an attitude and were outright rude throughout the visit.

Whilst manoeuvring, the driver drove straight into our trees, causing damage to both their van and our trees. Rather than acknowledging the incident, the team called their manager and informed us that the company was "not happy" with the situation.

They then left our upholstered chairs standing outside in the rain and entered our home wearing wet, dirty footwear, walking straight across our rugs without any regard for our property. We ended up carrying the rest of the order inside ourselves just to prevent them from ruining our rugs any further.

The rudeness throughout, paired with the total lack of basic care and professional conduct, was shocking. Avoid!

Very good communication through the whole process and delivered at the expected time. Couriers were very helpful with taking the table we had ordered apart and it was in perfect condition.
