The service was very good and all staff…
The service was very good and all staff very polite but, on driving home, I had a message on my consul to advise that the tyre pressures were low. I had to inflate them when I got home to a safe level.

They always treat well me as a female driver with respect and they make sure my car is safe and road worthy . They are honest and do the best for me . I have used them fir many years and always feel I can trust them . Coffee is always at hand while you wait much appreciated.

From the moment I went into Protyre in Abingdon and met Craig and the team for a front tyre check on my MINI everything was efficient.
Craig told me that he would give me a prognosis at Noon and phoned early. He then quoted a like for like tyre price, eta and everything worked to plan.

Not entirely satisfied
It was great that I could get 4 tyre replacements done on the spot without an appointment BUT the tyre pressures were not set correctly (27psi instead of 36) and I had to pump them all up myself the next day!

Super service again
Easy to arrange an MOT and service on line, with a helpful discount for booking both. Friendly staff always happy to explain the findings and any maintenance needed. I’ve been going here for the last 7 yrs and always feel comfortable and cared for when needing work done, which hadn’t been the case in many other places I’ve tried. I can highly recommend this garage.

Friendly staff who great you with a smile
Friendly staff who great you with a warm welcome and coffee! Expert knowledge of tyres, I booked in for 2 tyres and they also fitted a tyre to my spare wheel which was also needed. All done within 20 minutes.
Absolutely fantastic service, I will be using ProTyre Abingdon again for any future issues
