Poor tracking adjustment
After fitting 2 new tyres then adjusting tracking I noticed when driving in a straight line the steering wheel is not set correctly making the wheel controls difficult to use. I would have thought mechanics were trained to adjust tracking evenly on each side to maintain the steering wheel position.

Was,told 30 mins 2hrs later for one tyre to be fitted then £105 for a budget tyre. Will not be using your company again . Obviously on commission, just a scam from start to finish

Great service if rather slow.
The quality of the work carried out was excellent but I arrived at my appointed time and was told that replacing two front tyres would take 45 minutes. It actually took 90 minutes. Much longer than seemed resonable.

Dreadful service
Dreadful service, I will never use Protyre again, fitted the wrong tyres twice, and finally had to ask me what size they should be on my van when we had discussed this the day before, no apology was offered, incompetent staff, avoid.

They were extremly helpful and did well…
They were extremly helpful and did well at fitting 2 new tyres on time. They weren't quite so good at inflating them to the correct pressure, that became apparent whilst driving home. They weren't dangerously wrong, but they weren't the correct pressure.
