I booked and paid online for 2 new…
I booked and paid online for 2 new tyres to be fitted at 11am. Arrived early as advised ....however, was told due to personal reasons, one fitter had to leave. I know things happen, but was nearly 2 hours later when left!!! Was, however, kept informed and young man on desk very apologetic.

Made the vehicle safe at short notice.
Very accommodating with a short notice appointment for new tyres to make the car safe on the road. Great communication. I used an online booking to make use of a voucher code.

Keep getting a pressure in tire error…
Keep getting a pressure in tire error went to Pro Tyre and they advised that the front driver side is slashed and irreparable- although I just replaced the exact front Tyres 3 months before that. I was advised I need to replace the tyre and than was told my back Tyres are worn as well and needed placing too. Why would they put the new Tyres on the front as my car is a front wheel drive I honestly don’t know and will most likely go elsewhere for Tyres in the future

Just had a Pirelli Pzero fitted to BMW 435 and made a point of mentioning tyre pressures.
The new tyre had totally different pressure to the others.

Customer service at store is great but...
Customer service at store is great, range of coffees offered, very nice. But time organisation is a disaster. Showed up for a booked time to be told they don't have tyres I have ordered. Rebooked for couple of hurs later. Showed up again and waited 1.5 hours for service to be done. That's why only one star.

AVOID - Tyres fitted fine BUT two tyres went…
Tyres fitted fine by this outfit two months ago BUT two tyres went down on my 83 year old mother in laws car. We booked her in for a free tyre check and it was suggested by the centre after inspection that they just needed inflating. A week later two tyres went down again so we took the tyres off and both had screws in. Clearly Protyre had no interest in helping and sent us away with two screws, one in each tyre, which was exceptionally dangerous and not appreciated at all! Won’t return to this garage.
