AVOID - Tyres fitted fine BUT two tyres went…
Tyres fitted fine by this outfit two months ago BUT two tyres went down on my 83 year old mother in laws car. We booked her in for a free tyre check and it was suggested by the centre after inspection that they just needed inflating. A week later two tyres went down again so we took the tyres off and both had screws in. Clearly Protyre had no interest in helping and sent us away with two screws, one in each tyre, which was exceptionally dangerous and not appreciated at all! Won’t return to this garage.

Great price and I love the quieter tyres
I used the website to book and got a great deal on Pirelli tyres. Fitting was simple as usual and I definitely like the quietness of the better tyres.

Avoid!
Went in for 4 new tyres only to be told that I needed a new exhaust as well as it had a crack in it and was blowing. Took it to another garage for a second opinion and was told there was nothing wrong whatsoever with the exhaust! Desperate attempt at upselling!

Tyre puncture
Had a tyre puncture and as found issue whilst garaged chose to jack up car and just take the wheel only to PRotyre Bmth.
Staff member at reception said can do pm of that day and would call. I did have to call them though as heard nothing near closing time. They sorted it then. Good job, £35.

Fantastic service
I noticed at 16.30 that I had a rear slow tyre puncture.
I went along to my local Protyre in Charminster and received the most amazing service from start to finish.
I have never seen such a clean reception area.

Disappointing wait.booked in for an 8:30 inspection although vehicle wasn’t looked at until 9:10 so your customer booking times are way out.The garage wasn’t busy so you can’t use that as an excuse.apart from that all good.
