First time using Protyre (Cheltenham). Found all staff to be extremely helpful from entering the door to completion of work in a timely manner. Have used other outlets in the past but on this occasion, I found them to be the cheapest along with an online discount code for tracking/wheel alignment. And, the free coffee was a plus.

Received great service..
Received great service... I was trying to find a specific tyre to match others with loads of tread on the car, following unrepairable puncture to one. Protyre had type advertised at a competitive price... Mark located actual tyre in another part of the country & got it brought to Cheltenham. Fitting appointment went well.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Open on BH weekend when other places were not. Got me in. Explained what was needed and what options were. Showed me piece that had failed. Explained prices clearly. Clean and tidy waiting area. Polite and respectful staff. I needed to go back for some TMS programming but they put info on my receipt so next member of staff knew what had happened and it all flowed well. Would recommend with no hesitation.

aircon re gas - no refund received.
Car was booked in for an aircon re gas which was unable to be completed due to a leak in the system- no issue with that. I was told it would be refunded however Refund not received.

I have had a look into this and can see from our records that your online order for your air con regas has already been refunded. The refund was issued on the 5/05/2026, and it may take up to 3-5 business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank provider.
Please also bear in mind that some refunds may appear on your statement on the date the payment was originally made rather than the date the refund was issued, therefore we suggest you check all transactions dated 30/04/2026 as well just in case.

Good people with great customer service.
Great service from friendly, professional people. I really appreciated the time that the tyre fitter took to explain everything to me. The manager, Mark's, respect for his staff was also wonderful to see.
