All went well, two new tyres to front and back passenger side. Have used Protyre for many years and they have always been good to me.

The staff were really friendly and helpful when I arrived with my car and checked in for a free type check and asked if id like the free alignment check as well. They offered hot drinks from the machine and I was able to sit and wait in the clean and comfortable reception area till my car was seen which took no time at all, they gave me a print out from the alignment test and I was on my way soon after.

Ordered 4 tyres and a wheel alignment on the phone, spoke to Drew and he handled my request professionally and even negotiated a discount for me. Great service and short turnaround, thanks again and we will be back in the future.

Had to rear tyres replaced , the manager said , the T.P.S light would go out as I went home , this is after the tyre fitter said it would not go out ( reset ) . The display on the dash said front tyres both 38 , new rear tyres 26 and 27 , and flashing red warning , this is a SUV , found a garage where the tyre pump was working put the correct pressure in , no more warning lights . This place is a tyre specialist, I don't think so , manager fobbed me off when I rang up , told me a load of old bollocks . Never again .

I was unhappy at having to wait 2 hours to have 2 tyres fitted when I had already pre booked a time slot. I was also unhappy that the tyre pressures were not set correctly causing the warning light to come on ad soon as I had driven away. Otherwise the service was friendly and the cost was competitive

My air con stopped blowing cold air about 2 years ago. I queried the price to re-gas at another national garage and they quoted over £100! (Check for leaks, drain old gas etc etc)
Protyre charged £47. Works like new.

I ordered my tyres online and arranged my appointment time. I arrived the next morning, a bit early, but was booked in. All four tyres changed and recommended tracking done. Excellent service given and easy online purchase and booking system. Also very good prices. Great service given from the staff at Protyre. I can only recommend and say Thank you.

An observation was a summertime offer of £10 discount was applicable but I overlooked the promo box, why not simply reduce the price so the final price was £34.95 instead of £44.95?
