Efficient
I went in for a tyre and they noticed my brake disc pads needed replacement. They let me know, provided a quote, but no pressure to use their services. Protyre did change the brake pads for me and it was quickly done as well

Your staff are friendly, seem very well trained and professional.
Only drawback as an ex business man, the reception area clearly not cleaned regularly as were toilets.
Rather unfortunate as my wife used them.
However overall a good experience.

Exceptional personal service after email failure!
Service on visit was fine and I was promised an email receipt for tyres and tracking, which didn’t turn up so I called to enquire as to its whereabouts and was told that it would be sent again and would arrive in my inbox within minutes - still didn’t arrive. Clearly an email problem but paperwork now delivered by hand! Great service thank you!
