Excellent, prompt service.Got a nail in my tyre and Protyre…
Got a nail in my tyre and Protyre Holton Heath were recommended as I needed a quick fix. Drove in without an appointment and wad attwnded to immediately. A rear was not an option so I purchased a new tyre which was fitted immediately. The staff were friendly, professional and thorough. My options wrre explained. Waiting area comfortable and clean. Prices competative.

Were ready at my appointed time to carry out front tyre replacements plus advised of need to replace remaining tyres due to age and advised of wearing rear brake blocks which I will follow up in new year.

Engage with customers
I’ve used this fitter a few times and it’s been clear that they offer this service ‘grudgingly’ as I purchased the tyres elsewhere. I’m ex-trade from a large garage north of London - MOT, repairs and body shop. We had huge client followers by polite and engaging staff. Ignoring a potential customer isn’t good practice.

Great Customer Service
Still the same great service I always had from Cribbs tyres. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Two front tyres and wheel alignment all carried out in good time while I kept lovely and warm in the office. Great customer service thank you

Very honest service- puncture repair
I turned up with a slow puncture and I was stressed as I needed the car for work. They looked at the wheel and found the issue very quickly. They were very honest and said the cut could be mended without a new tyre. They did this very quickly and I was on my again in no time

I had a slow puncture
I had a slow puncture, my tyres were in great condition. They looked at viable options, explained what they were looking for (including the safety aspects) and were able to patch it saving me money.... never had that option before from others. Polite, professional and cared. Fab service, warm welcome, and treated me respectfully. thank you.
