Booking made easy, service superb.

Arrived on time and vehicle was taken in more or less straight away for a re-gas. Told about an hour, when I returned it was done .

Booked our two cars for MOT’s on line, website booking was straightforward and simple to follow. Arrived at Protyre/Autofit Ipswich at the arranged times. Cars were immediately attended to, staff were polite and friendly. I was pleased to receive vehicle health reports on line in addition to the MOT certs, the health report is something that I have not received previously from other MOT test stations. Many thanks I shall look forward to returning in the future

It was good. Just wasn't told about the brake change fluid was being done to, but it needs doing so other than that everything was good.

Went for an MOT. It was quick, efficient with zero hassles. I am tempted to remove one star because the staff looked massively rushed of their feet and the customer service also felt rushed. Suits me fine though, as I was in and out very quickly.

Air con done promptly at a competitive price

The only thing I would ask protyres to do, is when your car in for repair and they know it's going to take longer. Due to supply difficulties let the customers know once you do.
Apart from that all good service.

Every year I go there for my car renewal it's always hood value and the people who works there are very friendly.

Garage phoned day before appointment to ask if I could move the time back as they had double booked which was fine, when arrived received prompt service from a very polite fitter who did a very good job, overall very satisfied.

As always service, polite, efficient, helpful and you know you can trust them all, I my Son and myself wouldn't go anywhere else. Well done all

Please! Please!! Stay away from these lot, my car failed which wasn’t the problem, they told me to bring my car back the next week as they had to order the part, I took my car home and when I phoned to take it back they told me I had to pay another fee for taking my car home😳😳 why didn’t they told me to leave the car and get it sorted??? In future please explain to your customers what the procedures are before you get them into a situation, I’ve taken my car somewhere else paid another MOT fee and got it sorted, YOU LOT WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!!!!
