MOT promptly done. No problems, except I was told they would email my certificate and report which did not arrive. Had to phone to be told I would find it on the Gov website instead. Fine now I know where to find it.

Booked in for an MOT. Carla at reception was super helpful. Made me aware of an issue that wouldn't have come up in the MOT but needed doing urgently. She also went above and beyond assisting with how I could resolve the issue. Really good service and much more than she needed to do. I wish more places were like this, caring for their customers. Wheel alignment
Firstly i booked a front wheel alignment as the website did not offer full 4 wheel alignment option i arrived early but due to being busy my car did not go in until 30mins later. the work was carried out efficiently and the young lad was happy to show me the results i was then informed my car required a rear wheel alignment but could not be carried out at the time due to time restrictions.
