Easy booking in process. Plentiful of available slots to suit. Staff always polite and helpful. Keep you informed of progress. Garage always clean and tidy. One thing I would say if possible a drop off pick up service would be a great addition 👌 👍

Very helpful and detailed website.
I like being able to look at the tyre options on line and compare prices. There are such variables in purchasing tyres that just phoning a garage and getting a quote on a tyre type alone is no longer good enough there is such a variability in quality and price. The online price guide enables a more realistic price to be obtained.

On time to start, quick MOT, no problems. Had to book through AA as protyre website showed less availability for some reason when I first checked so otherwise wouldn’t have ended up using protyre.

The lads were very helpful
The lads were very helpful, they told me about bits of paint coming off the very edge of the wheel but I didn’t like the paint coming off the middle of the wheel, I don’t know if anything can be done about it,

Went to get new tyres and wheel alignment done, because inner edge on rear tyre was wearing excessively,the fitter said rear bushes had gone, replaced rear bushes excellent service

Great service provided
Great service provided by the team. Took great care and attention on removing locking wheel nuts which are known to be problematic on transits. Great value tyres which have proved to work really well in the recent snow! Highly recommended for any tyre requirements.
