Had an appointment to get 2 tyres fitted to my car. Staff at front desk were friendly. It's typically good practice to do tyre rotation which they did but charged my £12 per side. Having done that, they didn't check the tyre pressures in my tyres even though I explicitly told them to when checking in. It wasn't until I was driving for about 10 mins when my tyre pressure lights in the car came on so stopped at a petrol station and realised that the front tyres were extremely under inflated and the rear tyres were over inflated and not in accordance to the manufacturer loading. Please check the tyre pressures before sending a car out because in the state you left the car, it could have been a very different story.

After MOT recommend to have four tyres changed, no problem £480. After 1 day one tyre loses pressure. Returned vehicle and was charged an extra £36 to put right a problem that didn't exist until my tyres were changed. After spending£800 for a service, mot and tyres thought it was poor customer service.

Couldn't order this tyre online as it said there was a problem with stock, so emailed them. Got a prompt response, easy to book in, left the wheel with them for an hour and the tyre was done.

took a long time, nearly an hour. wheel nuts over tightened and pressures not the same. staff were polite and friendly.

The reception area was both clean and comfortable. The two ladies on the desk were both welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful as was the young technician who dealt with fitting the new tyres that were required.
