This is the second time I've been to Protyre at Segensworth and both times were a very positive experience. Very clean workshop a d reception. Friendly staff. The service I received was very good 😊

Amazing service
After a tyre blow out on the way to work I was fortunate enough to speak to Paul at Protyre Wickham. He advised me to come to them as soon as my AA recovery was ready and the team fit me a new tyre and had my car ready to go again within twenty minutes. I have had so many bad experiences with garages but I cannot rate this one highly enough. Professional, accommodating, friendly and efficient.

Friendly and helpful staff in Wickham section at Fareham
I was initially a bit grumpy because the Wickham service had temporarily moved to Fareham. But the people were so helpful that my grumpiness soon went away.
They gave me a chance NOTto change the tyre as the damage I'd been told about was not as severe as inicated. I appreciate that level of honesty (and got the tyre anyway).

Fantastic as always!
Fantastic service as always from Paul and the team! I had a problem with my car which I needed fixing urgently. I called Paul straight up and he got it booked in straight away! Great service, good communication and great price. I now consider this the only garage I will go to as through the years they have gained my trust through their dedication, great customer service and excellent workmanship!

The Protyre Wickham Team are helpful
The Protyre team are always helpful and friendly. My car went in for a routine MOT but ended up having issues.
It took 2 weeks to be repaired but the Protyre Wickham Team kept me informed as much as possible about it. I am unable to give 5 stars because of the length of time it took to repair but no fault to the team or mechanics.

Paul, the manager and his team were very helpful in sorting out my air con. The Wickham garage is temporarily located within the Fareham branch but will be moving to Segensworth soon. Their gain, our loss as sadly that would be a bit too far for me.
