Another year, another MOT!
My first visit to the new location after the closing of the Wickham branch.
As usual, a very efficient service from Paul and his team.

Visited Protyre Segensworth for the first time today for a 4 tyre fitting and front wheel alignment. Great service! The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend and would definitely go there again!

I have followed Paul Wright and his team from Wickham to Segensworth. Always accommodating, always courteous and do first class job . I trust the team implicitly .

Booked in at relatively short notice and at a very competitive price. Easy access to the new location and parking not an issue. I waited for the mot to complete and thoroughly enjoyed the excellent coffee provided. Thank you Paul and your team for your professional service, good conversations and excellent coffee! I'll see you next year or before if required.

Dropped my car here because I thought I had a dodgy ABS sensor based on the sheer volume of lights that came up on the dashboard. I dropped it at the end of the day and they said they would get it sorted ASAP.

Car was fixed the next day and as expected I had an ABS sensor replaced. The price was really reasonable and the work was done fast.

I booked an appointment at the new Segensworth site. I’m aware this is a new location but it was clean and tidy. I was welcomed and booked in, being offered a tea or coffee. Paul took great care of meeting me up to date and explaining what the team were doing. I even had a courtesy call to see how my vehicle was a short time after leaving. I will be back if and when anything else needs attention either with the wife’s or my car. Thanks Paul 👍🏻

These guys went above and beyond today.

I booked in for 2 tyres and the guys quickly spotted serious damage on my wheel. We then realised we had no way of getting my spare off the van as we had no locking nut. They did everything possible to get me on the road safely and did not charge me for their efforts.

I've avoided a serious possibility of an accident thanks to these guys.

Really appreciate these guys and I will 100% be back very soon with my new wheel in hand.

My clutch went on my car and these amazing guys had it fixed and back on the road by the end of the week! Not all heroes wear capes!!!

Have used Hi-Q, Autoshops (ex F1) and Kwikfit, i thought I'd go back to a brand I hadn't used for a long time, ProTyre.

The website was easy to use, very reasonable pricing compared to other major retailers and the booking process was faultless.

As recommended, I arrived 10 mins early at the new Segensworth location, all bright, clean and very professional. Met but a young mam who was courteous, polite and knew what to do.

I sat at 1025, offered a free refreshment, and told hopefully won't be too long. This is the only bit that went a bit wrong. Advertised as approximately an hour but maybe longer., I ended up waiting 2 ¾hrs.

I was advised they had a small issue with the front wheel alignment, but this much longer delay meant a delay with other appointments and my employment.

It's obviously quite a new location so will give them another chance when applicable, so just a 4/5 for now

On time, sensible price, good job.

Booked car in for an MOT and service. Car failed MOT but staff informed me of necessary work and cost incurred for a pass certificate. All work carried out on the car on the exact same day. Excellent customer service. Very welcoming, friendly and efficient service all round. I will definitely use this service again and would not hesitate to recommend your business to friends and family.

I will never use a different garage all the time these guys are there.

Normally great service, but on this occasion I was prompted via email to book in for my mot via the link so did so for Wickham, I didn’t get a follow up email or call to let me know Wickham was closed and I’d need to go to Fareham, it was only by chance I drove passed and notice Wickham had been demolished, then saw on your website Wickham appointment needed to go to Fareham!!! Had I not have seen this in advance I’d have gone to Wickham on the day!! No apology in the day when I flagged this! I was told when I got there it would be just over an hour as they were running two garages out of the one site, they said they would call when it was ready…. 2 hours later no call!!! So I walked back only to find it ready but nobody had bothered to call me! Again no real apology just an excuse that the manager had had to go to another branch! Less than aspirational service I would say!!

The staff were pleasant and very helpful.
You were able to fit me in the same day, I turned up in the morning and the tyre was repaired by 4:30pm.
The price was lower than I expected.
A second tyre was checked and declared fit for the road, I would have been none the wiser if you'd told me it needed replacing - so thank you for your honesty.

After initial diagnosis, Paul and his team responded quickly to locate all the required parts and completed a first class job quickly. Thanks
