The Chapeltown branch is so organised…
The Chapeltown branch is so organised and Mandy is very knowledgeable. She was able to recommend which tyres I could have and the price was very reasonable. They were ordered for next day delivery and I was able to have them fitted at my convenience. The fitting was very efficient and completed in 15 minutes. All in all a 5 star service.

The booking in process via telephone…
The booking in process via telephone was simple and relaxed as Mandy is quick and remembers customers. From arriving to leaving took less than 20 mins as they are all efficient and knowledgeable. They have time to talk you through everything if needed.

Tyres were not balanced
Tyres were not balanced, when confronted they denied. Lady who answers the phone was extremely rude and aggressive! I had to pay a mobile tyre fitter to come out and balance them. Will never use again!

i needed 4 new tyres coming into winter and i felt so welcome and comfortable going to have them fitted! Mandy was brilliant and even got me in a day earlier for fitting as the tyres got delivered a day before. as a women who usually hates going to garages, this experience has been brilliant and will recommend to anyone! thank you!

Very friendly. Quick service and very professional. An issue showed up on the computer the following day and got my car back in and established the reason and a fault which was due to manufacturers error at time of purchasing and sorted the issue out there and then. Have used jacks tyres at burncross for years and will continue to do so

Wasnt keen on the tyre fitter moaning about how the tyres had been fitted before (about nuts being tightening too much) Espec when it was same place that fitted them. Felt like he was implying i’d done it….wont be going back, preferred the guys that used to work there

Stupid computers
The service at Jack's Tyres is spot on....the only thing that annoys me is having to go online to get 2 or 4 tyre discounts and not being able to order tyres because computer says ''low stock --enquire''.... suggest protyre updates system a bit quicker or just give discount at tyre centre
