Excellent Customer Service
First time here with excellent customer service! Guys at the front desk were really nice to me when I came in with a tire that needed to be changed 30 minutes before closing time. They checked my tires and saw wires coming out (I know nothing about tires I’m just a girl 😅) and changed it for me immediately. From now on my new auto shop will be Protyre in Swindon! I feel very welcomed and taken care of and I appreciate all their hard work!!

Bought the tyres online
Bought the tyres online, turned up early, staff were very pleasant. The job took about 30 minutes so easy recommend. Always used the same firm Bell's Silencer for many many years.

Carried out mot & service within a couple of hours. I booked online & benefitted from £20 off the combined price. Mot has advisory notes which is helpful. They rang when the car was ready to collect.

Super helpful staff
I ordered the wrong tyre size by mistake and I called to let them know and they were super helpful, got the right tyres and managed to still get me in the same day. Highly recommend!
