Customer service is just as bad as the…
Customer service is just as bad as the tyre replacement (ref:206693). The promise of the centre manager will get back to you and we will sort it, are so far from the truth. The issue was raised 18/06/26 and still nothing, last 2 emails have gone unanswered and no contact from the centre manager. Keep well clear of this bunch or you may run into trouble and get nowhere trying to resolve it.

My car was not looked at one the day it…
My car was not looked at one the day it was booked in.. also no one from the garage called me n said its not been looked at.. I also tried to call the garage over 50 times and no obe answered the phone.
I had to go down the following day to be told my car had still not been looked at and then had to take it back down for the work and mot 3 days later

Couldn’t put no stars
Couldn’t put no stars. On holiday and found a nail in my tyre. Phoned up Protyre on the Thursday and was promised the tyre would be delivered on Friday morning. Phoned ahead the Friday morning to make sure the had been delivered. Only to be told it hadn’t and would be delivered in the afternoon. Phoned ahead again Friday afternoon and was informed the tyre was delivered. Was informed it hadn’t been ordered and would be delivered Saturday morning. Arrived at 10am as asked then sat and waited till 12:30 only to be told the tyre was showing as delivered but no tyre had turned up. I have wasted 1 and 1/2 days of my holiday waiting for a tyre that never turned up. The service you promise while waiting for the phone to be answered is not what you deliver. The whole event has been a complete travesty and you really need to take a step back and assess what you can really accomplish.

I booked my car in for air con check and regas at 13 .00 and they took it straight in to work shop and 1 hour and 15mins later it's all done and I found the staff were friendly and helpful and it was great price perfect job
