I went into the thetford depot couple days back to see about having some work done on my vehicle..
didn’t get the welcome I should have done being a customer.

Do not use unless you want to be abused
Came in to query for tryes today and was greeted with a manager who was rude , obnoxious and up most outrageous behaviour towards myself and younger child 8 months old ,was told I wouldn’t be to get the tires done today and advised to take the car somewhere else cheaper as didn’t have the tires I would be able to afford in stock when prices and budget was not discussed , if he had of asked me about pricing my company who I work for pay full expenses for tires no matter what the price as I use my car all day for my job. I felt very intimidated due to having my 8month old with me in my arms and being rudely spoke to like then and just left

Took my car to the Thetford Branch for…
Took my car to the Thetford Branch for its MOT, arrived at time of appointment and car was taken in straight away, i went away to the local cafe for breakfast.
Was told be about an hour to do MOT, came back 50mins later and it was all done and ready for collection.
Perfect 👍

Steering alignment.
Booked in for steering alignment and was seen to straight away and offered free coffee. The alignment was a bit tricky to get right without pulling one way or the other but the very friendly technician got it spot on after a couple of short test drives. A good experience all round, well done!.

Great service from first contact by phone through to the tyres being fitted.
Good price for the tyres.
The only thing that prevented it being a 5 star review was the cleanliness of the waiting area, and particularly the toilet facilities. That said we would still highly recommend.

Can’t give no stars
Can’t give no stars.
Well I try to be patient and give people/companies the benefit of the doubt. However Protyre are nothing but promise breakers , I would like to use some other words, but that’s not professional which is more than can be said for Protyre. The issue goes back to mid June getting on for 12 weeks. This is the forth review regarding the matter of leaving me hanging around for 1 1/2 days out of a 4 day break. If you have any issues with Protyre then god help, because you can be sure that they won’t. My next contact will be to email the CEO, but to be honest I don’t think they will care either going by the current level of customer service. Protyre you need to get your act together and put your customers first!
