Hi Samuel, thanks for taking the time to leave this review. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this. These issues had been brought to the gym teams attention and the maintenance team were called out and made a short-term fix while new parts were being sourced. Unfortunately, we are unstaffed on a Sunday which is why the issue persisted over the weekend and we can appreciate this can be frustrating. The club is now with hot water again moving forward and the team are keeping a close eye on the situation so this issue does not persist. It was simple to navigate the on line application and setting up the direct debit. Only took a few minutes and I chose to delay the start of my membership.

It’s a great gym but users’ manners…
It’s a great gym but users’ manners (especially young users not putting away equipment after use etc) and cleanliness of the site (bathroom and bars and dumbbells especially) awfully managed.

It is in the gym rules that members should return their own weights or risk suspension, as well as wipe down all equipment after use.
At peak times especially it can be hard to police this.
However, staff on site do everything they can while we also have CCTV monitoring the free weights and are looking for new ways to combat this. Thanks, PureGym

We pump over 2,000 litres of fresh air into our gyms every second though our ventilation systems. This helps to dilute airborne virus particles and ensure members have clean fresh air to workout. We've also installed new self-cleaning stations so you can clean your kit before and after use, for added peace of mind. Cleaning stations are located in all key areas of the gym to make it as easy as possible. Thanks, PureGym.
