Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Great place to train, friendly and professional staff and personal trainers. Good atmosphere. Effective management team that listen to clients.

1 was on the floor. The other guy was on top of him fart in his face. I don't know they were playing a prank.Or not. Wont going back in changing room. Stinks of cat pee to dont know keep cats in gym did ask Member of Staff, but he laughed

Will and Niko are so friendly
Will and Niko are so friendly, highly skilled and make the exercise classes really fun as well as challenging. When I joined pure gym a few months ago I was worried I wouldn’t stick to it, but the exercise classes have made working out something I actually look forward to. I’ve found previous gyms intimidating but at pure gym I actually feel really comfortable. I’m building my fitness and enjoying myself in the process!

PureGym Bristol (Harbourside, Union Gate, Brislington)
Very prompt attention to an issue around losing access to one of the gyms I regularly use. Customer service team were great. Generally, also enjoy the range of classes, machines and weights available across the gyms we use in Bristol, with good instructors. Although we can't compare to other gyms due to lack of experience, pricing seems fair for what we get.

Our gyms are indeed very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website to see how many people are in the gym.
Please also feel free to ask to switch in with a member while they rest between sets, this can also help you keep an even pace between sets. Thanks, PureGym.

It was fairly cheap, open 24hours which is great, and also full of great equipment and very helpful staff

Greated by management at the door, very friendly & helpful with my queries, no pressure to join, as a female with high anxiety by myself in a gym, I felt safe & actually motivated me to sign up, which I did the same evening! Used the gym today at a time that suited me, it was perfect, machine's are easily accessable, showers/toilets are clean, I love the machine in the changing rooms that checks your entire body for just £1... Nice open spaces to do resistance type work as well. Nice air, music is okay, cleaning wipes on the walls with bins provided, lockers are decent size maybe a back pack or a very small duffle bag. I love it, would 10/10 recommend, and being 24/7 is super convenient. Parking is a 3 minute walk to the multi car park or disability parking is close by. I'm happy that this is my first experience at the gym, can't fault it!

Nice gym, good vibe, plenty of good equipment
Was introduced and inducted to PureGym by Niko, who was super helpful and talked me through everything I needed to know. The gym has a really welcoming vibe with lots of good equipment. It can get very busy at peak times but with the app you can check how many people are there before you go, which is really helpful. Would recommend

Exceptional staff member Daisy
I attend the cycle spin class on a regular basis and although all staff members are amazing I’d like to say Daisy is an amazing staff member. Her classes are so fun and engaging, I ALWAYS book the class if I see she’s leading the class. Honestly love her spin classes. Recommend the spin cycle class but specifically Daisy’s spin cycle classes.
