We don't have pools/saunas etc. as standard in our gyms as our focus is on providing quality fitness equipment while keeping costs affordable for all members. Great value for money
Overall good gym but can get really busy at peak times..great that I can take advantage of the 24hour opening times so doesn't overly affect me,Gym has good equipment but definitely needs a punch bag and/or a combat mannequin.. definitely good value for money,,Dave woko

Cold ❄️🥶 no heating
I went last week and signed up last week due to the bad weather and a half marathon coming up to keep up with training safely but upon arrival it was colder in the gym than outside. Not hot water for showers and no heating was a very uncomfortable experience..

Temperatures and air conditioning in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. Thanks, PureGym.
It’s filthy 24/7!
It’s filthy 24/7!! It’s never hoovered, mopped, or machines cleaned!! Soiled clothes in the toilets, on some occasions 8 staff all standing around chatting and doing nothing for hours on end!!!! And above all that it’s freezing with staff wearing hats and gloves and we’re meant to train in that with the cold being injuries friend 🥶it’s shocking

Easy setup
Easy setup, no problems, very helpful and informative at the PureGym Bromborough, the staff are brilliant with helping my dad who has parkinsons set up a membership for himself, customer service was brilliant too.

Really good set up
Really good set up, with great equipment and extremely helpful staff in Alesha, showing us around and explaining all about the different types of equipment.
