Absolutely disgusted at this new so…
Absolutely disgusted at this new so called upgrade. Whoever designed this layout needs a severe speaking to. To put weight machines upstairs and free weight area downstairs so the members have to go up and down stairs several times in a workout is totally ridiculous. Why not keep the machines downstairs and move all cardio upstairs keeping cardio in one area and weights in another like most gyms do. For someone to design this silly layout and just expect us to like it is very presumptuous. The use of space is terrible and makes for a very unpleasant experience. Put it back the way it was or near it and stop fixing things that ain't broken.

The gym is literally a building site
The gym is literally a building site, with builders walking in and out when we are doing a class. The classes are vastly limited and there has been no spin for 6 weeks. It is as supposed to start back on Monday 19th, but all the spin classes that I had booked for next week have been cancelled, so now I have no idea when spin will return. I understand that the gym is getting a revamp and will be great once it’s finished, but feel like we shouldn’t be getting charged full membership fees for limited services.

I’m being a little harsh because I couldn’t get a shower today, on account of the gym being refurbished. That being said PureGym is a 5 star gym. The staff are friendly and very approachable, professional and qualified. I would recommend pureGym to a friend. The new look, facilitate and equipment, excellent.

Suggestion: a few 60 min classes
For the senior members as they are in the gym but always look lost, that's my soft spot, they are old maybe live alone, have no family. Let's include every one!!

Great gym
Great gym, staff and members all seem dead on. Open 24/7 plus the app lets you know how many people is in the place , has workouts on it to help beginners like myself. Not bad saying it’s only £20.99 a month 👍

Everyone extremely helpful and…
Everyone extremely helpful and accommodating 👌 I turned up 30 minutes too early for my spin class The spin instructor asked for the other PTs to take me 30minutes Exercise so I did not miss out Shaun was so helpful and extremely friendly I have tried other gyms before but never stayed this made an impact the customer service that was giving

PUREGYM IS ACTIVELY AMAZING
I have been to a few pure gyms, one in Belfast and one in Derry. They were both amazing experiences and have a huge variety of equipment to use. There is classes for all to go. It helps a lot with my mental health as I can decide any time when I want to go 7 days a week. 24 hours. The puregym app is also a great to have as it tells me the amount of people that is active in the gym that moment of time . Pure gym is great and I really recommend joining
