Good value for money with friendly, helpful staff.
Staff are great and very helpful. My only criticism is that whilst there are an abundance of cardio machines, there are not enough power machines and queues build waiting for them to become available during busy times, even off peak times. There should definitely be considerably more of these. Some of the equipment seems ‘tired’. The drinks from the vending machine are very expensive- totally overpriced.
Overall the gym is decent with friendly staff and a good layout. There’s also a good variety of classes so the membership fee is good value for money.

We always aim to provide a broad spread of kit to cater to a range of fitness needs and meet demand as it changes through the day, getting the balance right between weights and cardio, but if you have any other/specific suggestions please approach the Gym Manager or leave a note in the feedback box, which is regularly reviewed.

Went later at night
Went later at night, when the locker room is locked so can't comment on them, but main workout area clean, with plenty of cleaning stations available to use sanitiser on the equipment before and after use.

Changing Rooms will not be available for use between the hours of 12 Midnight and 3 am in most gyms. However, the Disabled Toilet and Shower Facility will be open 24/7.

It’s an amazing gym, the open space is brilliant but can also be private up stairs.

Best gym! The classes are brilliant! Great range and suitable for all ages and abilities. Really lovely, helpful staff. Gym always spotless. Good location and parking facilities. Excellent value for money.

ALL classes are now 30 minutes and have been since April. Classes at other local gyms are longer.

We do our very best to provide a wide range of classes, so that members have a variety of ways to workout and also do so, in a short amount of time, as we understand some members are crunched for time or just prefer shorter (but effective) workouts.
