Machines not that up to date
Machines not that up to date, been to more updated machines with TV’s etc on. Not many to choose from when busy so had to wait for machines.

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff, equipment in good condition. Shower area very open with glass doors with only square on frosted sticker for privacy and very few toilets but otherwise great. Very clean.

High quality but shame about the people, too busy
Used to come here years ago now gone back to the same one and couldnt believe how many groups of students there was (they have a student deal on atm), I felt out of place unlike before, like I was at a uni gym. App said 74 people in gym even though it was 8:30pm. People nearly walking into me cuz they were engrossed on their phones and most the machines and cables in constant use so impossible to get on some of them
That being said there are seperate bench areas that are less busy and 3 different areas for dumbells, kit is high quality and well maintained. Actually saw a staff member and first aid/cctv for emergencies was well advertised unlike before (havent been to this specific one for 2 years)

Unfortunately, we are unable to monitor the usage of phones in our gyms, however if people are sitting on equipment we would strongly advise approaching a member of staff on the floor who will be able to help further.
We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day.
The PureGym App will be up to date so you can see how many people are in the gym prior to attending too.

think this place isn't what it use to be I just done a body pump class I thought it wasn't structured, something she put together 5mins before it started and I thought the PT was lazy. If I'm honest I don't do any of the classes anymore they are getting worse. If you want a machine majority of the younger generation shall we say are on the phones or talking to there mates and then back on their phones. The staff just walk by and don't even give you the time of day
