5 stars from me all the way
I've been a member of many gyms in my time, but I can honestly say this has got to be one of the best.
The gym is kitted out with all the latest equipment, the classes are excellent have a real good vibe to them. Sarah's classes are fantastic, I always look forward to them.
It has a real easy atmosphere, so if you are worried that you may feel anxious then don't threat. All the staff are brilliant, friendly, very knowledgeable, and make you feel really welcome.
I have met lot's of new friends by going to the classes so there's another added bonus. It's not just about working out for me, it's about meeting new people.
I highly recommend Pure Bramley, well come Pure Team...you are all ace.

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all machines in full working order as soon as possible. No support and online portal unusable
5pm on a weekday, I was there for the "join us for free on our re-opening week" no-one around even when I pressed the button. I was with my friend who is a member, so they gave a me a free pass, however when completing the online questions the website was glitchy and kept looping me round so I couldn't submit. I checked my email and had received the code, so went in. I didn't see a member of staff the whole time I was there.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. The re-opening event was on 12/05 from 1pm onwards. Accessing the gym yesterday was during a staffed hour, but It may be that the staff in gym at the time had been unavailable due to performing other duties. It would really help us if you could get in touch directly with the Gym Manager via email, so they can look into why no one had been available at the time, and any further queries you may have on accessing the facilities. Great Gym, great equipment. Gym is clean and tidy and well spaced out. Just had a new revamp and looks incredible. Staff are so friendly and always willing to help

Jamie Thorpe Classes at Pure are Explosive! Great Energy
Always enjoy my time here at the gym, I particularly enjoy classes and get results, Jamie Thorp who is a great Personal trainer and currently does classes at the gym, in the week, are amazing. really motivates me.
I work as a nurse and need stamina, his classes give me endurance stress release, and build muscle and strength.

Overly busy, no parking, broken equipment
Overly busy, yes accepted this tome of year but no available parking on site it was so busy, broken machines including cycle foot hoop and water vending machine which I have paid extra for. Main reason for 2 star was the horrible loud feedback through the speakers from the class instructor for over 30 mins.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment are fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

I note you are opening brand new branches in areas such as Guiesley complete with new equipment,why don't you invest in established branches and existing customers??

Disappointing Handling of Member Misconduct by Gym Management
I’m disappointed with how the management handled an issue I recently faced at this gym. Another member aggressively interrupted my daughter during her workout, offering unsolicited advice in a rude and intrusive manner, leaving her in tears and cutting our session short. Despite reporting the incident, the gym manager failed to address the issue directly with the member. I ultimately had to confront the individual myself.
When I followed up, the manager mentioned that the person was a military member, as if that excused their behavior. Let me be clear: serving in the military does not grant anyone the right to act poorly or disrespect others.
The lack of accountability and support from the gym management was incredibly disappointing. A gym should foster a respectful and welcoming environment for all members, but that wasn’t the case here. I hope this feedback encourages the management to handle such incidents more effectively in the future.

Great gym
The quality of the machines, the cleanliness of the gym, there is a good age range of people so you don't feel uncomfortable in any way, and your not waiting around for any equipment.
