Fantastic value for money gym
This is a very well run gym. The staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable. The classes are very good and well structured. Today I attended Jamie’s 6.15am burn class and it was excellent. He clearly put a lot of thought into all the class elements, warm up, exercises and cool down. Would highly recommended this gym.

Great local gym
Great local gym with a nice, clean environment and convenient parking always available. I especially enjoy the classes offered by PT Zara, they’re engaging, well-structured, and really motivating. The only downside is that these classes are always overbooked, which shows how popular they are. It would be great if the gym could offer more of these sessions to meet the demand. Overall, a very positive experience and a gym I’m happy to recommend.

Happy with them. I still think that they need to add bottles of sanitiser and blue paper so each member can wipe the machine before an after workout. The other day I was sick when I have seen the towel and the bottle of spray and I really wanted to sanitise the machine before and after but that towel look disgusting 🤮. Please chance this and they I will give you 5+.

Why is this local gym so expensive to…
Why is this local gym so expensive to register? it is supposed to be a low cost gym, No? but i find myself going to another private gym which is suprisingly cheaper. It's sad cause I have been a member of the gym for so long.

Amazing manager Anthony. Super helpful and made my access needs as a wheelchair user easy to solve. A great experience after a terrible one trying to get help online and via your email.

Not the greatest of gyms! The workers are mostly interested in chatting with costumers and to resolve the issues in the gym!

I don't get why it is more expensive than MK or Luton
I don't get why it is more expensive than the Milton Keynes or Dunstable facilities??!!
I went to the Watford gym on Thursday but was denied access as my multi gym access is £4.00 less per month. I managed to up my membership online that evening and came to the gym this Friday morning. My main concerns arise from the fact that the supply of cleaning paper and spray is inadequate. In fact, there is no paper and you have to go find the microfiber cloths left around the gym to clean your equipment. Second is the lack of lockers in the male changing room together with the lack of cleanliness of the showers ( seems they hadn't been cleaned for 2 or 3 days. Water is also tepid at best with hits of colder spells. There are only 3 showers (that I noticed) available which, for the size of the gym, come in a bit short. I have to use this gym as I now work in Watford and would not be able to get to work in time if I continued to go to Luton. I would have joined the Pump Gym in Toltips lane but there website is awful and you cannot get their main advertised offers... I really struggle to justify the extra cost......

Come to the gym and use your phone.
To many people use the gym to use their phone. There must be something that can be done about this as it is getting worse.

The equipment and facilties are well maintained, although the showers were at best tepid. It's easy to get to via public transport and value for money
