A wonderful gym experience overall. Easy to access. Plenty of equipment. Great class offerings! And the cherry on top is that I was able to apply a sale deal to my existing membership (the sale happened a day after I signed up)! I really appreciate the company honouring this. Don't hesitate to sign up. You get more than a bang for your buck!!

Cold, Rusty Equipment, Car Park Rip-Off
Gym was freezing, showers were cold, equipment was old and rusty, toilets were broken.
I hadn't been there for a long time so forgot to put my number plate in for the parking. I received a £100 fine but I appealed due to not having seen any signs telling me I had to register my vehicle. The parking company took 3 months to reply and said there were signs in the car park, so today I had a look and they have clearly been back and pasted a new bit of white plastic over the old writing with the warning to register the vehicle.

Temperatures in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. Whilst there have not been concerns on shower temperatures flagged during the monthly temperature checks, this will be looked into further. Gym is unable to manage the temperature…
Gym is unable to manage the temperature of the studio which means that aircon is blasting cold air during HIIT as well as a stretching class - not the best experience for stretching. One size doesn't fit all.

The sign up process was simple and all the necessary information was given to me either during the process or via email shortly afterwards.

I love my gym at Woking
I love my gym at Woking. It is clean, organised and always equipment available. My only quibble is the parking. There is never anywhere to park on a week day evening when I visit after work. Usually random non gym goers just pulling in to have a chill. Just a bit annoying.

Pure gym is great to pop in for a quick workout. It's open 24/7 and always has mats and equipment available. Its a great environment to workout in.

Mens changing rooms
It seems no matter how many times we ask, the mens changing rooms are always cold. This is winter. It should be warm in there. Plus showers are luke warm at best
I would love to shower there more, but who wants a cold room and a shower thats not hot??

Woking PureGym so much higher than advertised prices!
Woking Pure Gym prices are wildly above other PureGyms, I’m not going to join for that price!

The actual gym itself is fine but the…
The actual gym itself is fine but the changing rooms are such a low standard of comfort. In the changing rooms after training in the morning they are freezing and the showers are always cold or if not luke warm at best. And have been so several weeks and months but no one seems bothered which leaves such a dampening experience and has made me potentially look else where.

Classes dihave been cancelled due to…
Classes have been cancelled due to staff shortages. Waiting on new timetable. Don’t have a manager again.
Need more 2.5 weights for classes. Hopefully we will have some new classes eg stretch class, LBT in morning timetable.

Visiting from the US
I am visiting family from the US, and I will only be in town a few days. The Day Pass option lets me get in my workouts and stay on track while I'm away from home. So easy to set up!
